Bannon, Flynn, Priebus, Scaramucci, Comey, Spicer, Price, Gorka.

Then there are the ones who are still in the administration who are alienating Trump such as Tillerson.

    Is America collectively mentally ill?

Is Trump mentally ill? Or is America? Psychiatrists weigh in.

    excerpt:

"So, depending on which of these books you trust — and their persuasive powers vary considerably — you might conclude that Trump is of unsound mind, or that we’re the deranged ones for electing him, or that America has always been disturbed, with Trump’s presidency just the latest manifestation."

All the things Donald Trump has said about releasing his tax returns
by Jill Disis @jdisis April 17, 2017: 9:49 PM ET

    http://money.cnn.com/2017/04/17/news/donald-trump-tax-returns/index.html

    Selected excerpts:

    MAY 20, 2014:

More than a year before he announced his presidential campaign, Trump told an Irish television station that he would "absolutely" release his tax returns if he entered the race.

"If I decide to run for office, I'll produce my tax returns, absolutely," he said. "And I would love to do that."

    FEBRUARY 24, 2016:

Trump told CNN's Anderson Cooper that he has a "very complex system of taxes."

"We'll make a determination over the next couple of months," he said. "It's very complicated."

    APRIL 17, 2017:

Spicer, the White House press secretary, says Trump's tax returns are still under audit.

"It's the same thing that was discussed during the campaign trail, the president is under audit. It's a routine one that continues," he said.

Asked in a later exchange if we can assume Trump will never release his returns, Spicer said he would "get back to you on that."

When pressed by the journlists, Trump said he would call the families of the fallen troops. Now he can call the relatives and say the troops were losers for getting killed in action.

When it makes it to the Supreme Court, out of fear of losing Trump will do his cat and mouse game once again by cancelling this third version and replacing it with a slightly milder Trump Ban 4.0.

Trump: "People have to be careful because at some point I fight back," "I'm being very, very nice but at some point I fight back and it won't be pretty,"

That's like Ted Bundy saying 'no more Mr. Nice Guy'.

    More window dressing.

Trump manufactures a crisis by stopping CSR payments and later claims that he and the Congress can resolve the crisis by resuming CSR payments for another two years. Under the new proposed bill, the Republicans are supposed to vote yes to continue to support the ACA, the ACA that they said they wanted to repeal so badly, while they take another two years to try to figure out a replacement, which is what they've been doing for the past seven years with no results.

The distraction tactic works both ways. While Trump loves to criticize others, he is easily distracted and annoyed to the extreme by people making critical remarks about him. His hypersensitivity and inability to let pass the most trivial of comments comprise one of his achilles heel. Taking advantage of this asymmetric attribute of his personality has a crippling effect on him and his administration. It has the chance of making him even more pathological to the extent of being rendered useless, similar to the demise of Nixon who became engulfed in his own paranoia.
