I was just telling Eric that a twelve pound sledge hammer works well. Now I am going to have to review my methods.
I spent most of my life in the Trucking Business. You remind me of a guy who was dispatched to drive a load of freight from Denver to Portland Maine but drove to Portland Oregon because he didn't take time to read the paperwork like a normal literate gent. You remind me of that guy.
Trump is given the Champion for Freedom Award. Trump gets award from Senate Republican fundraising group before he calls Sen. McConnell a ‘dumb’ SOB Dan Mangan Published Mon, Apr 12 202112:59 PM EDT Updated Mon, Apr 12 20211:36 PM EDT https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/12/trump-calls-republican-mcconnell-name-gets-gop-senate-award.html excerpt: "The leading Republican Senate fundraising group handed former President Donald Trump its inaugural “Champion for Freedom Award” — just a day before he blasted top Senate Republican Mitch McConnell as a “son of a b----” and a “stone-cold loser.” The National Republican Senatorial Committee award also came after Trump threatened to endorse Republican challengers to GOP incumbents in Congress, and after his lawyers sent cease-and-desist letters to three top Republican committees, including the NRSC, telling them to stop using his name for fundraising without his permission."
Words of a nepotist. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/12/trump-calls-republican-mcconnell-name-gets-gop-senate-award.html excerpt: "Trump also went after McConnell’s wife, Elaine Chao, who resigned as Trump’s Transportation secretary a day after the Jan. 6 Capitol riot, where supporters of the then-president rampaged through the halls of Congress, disrupting proceedings that were confirming Biden’s victory. “I hired his wife,” Trump griped. “Did he ever say thank you?” “She suffered so greatly,” Trump said sarcastically."
Thune tries desperately to portray the GOP as being unified while Trump tears it apart. https://www.cnbc.com/2021/04/12/trump-calls-republican-mcconnell-name-gets-gop-senate-award.html excerpt: “But I think he and Mitch McConnell have a common goal,” said Thune. “And that is getting the majority back in 2022, and hopefully in the end that will be the thing that unites us.”
We still haven't heard a response from Mitch McConnell over what Trump said about him. If he lets it go he would look like Trump's bitch. Still I imagine it would need to be a measured response, pointing out Trump's numerous failures. Stay tuned!
Donald Duck and McConnell both need to destroy the republican party as we know it, which is divided and needs to reinvent itself and reassert the authority of their pecking order. By McConnell first kissing Donald Duck's ass, and now becoming his wiping boy, he serves the same job he's always had, and will gladly accept being forgiven for all his sins, if there's money involved.
Capitol rioter, an ex-NYPD cop, stunned he’s being held with ‘inner-city’ criminals By Yaron Steinbuch April 12, 2021 | 8:29am Ex-NYPD cop held with ‘inner-city’ inmates after Capitol riots excerpt: "Webster, who retired from the NYPD in 2011, turned himself in to the FBI in Hudson Valley in February and made an initial appearance in White Plains federal court. At the hearing, Assistant US Attorney Ben Gianforti said Webster was captured on video beating a Metropolitan Police officer with a flag pole during the uprising at the Capitol building. Webster, who was seething with rage, was calling the police officer a “f—king piece of s—t” and a “Commie motherf—ker,” the prosecutor said."
Trump has a way of cultivating ugliness in people, including those with no previous criminal record. Ex-NYPD cop held with ‘inner-city’ inmates after Capitol riots excerpt: "During his years in the department, Webster was assigned to a uniformed detail that protected both City Hall and the mayor’s residence at Gracie Mansion, a police source said. Webster faces a slew of charges for his role in the riot, including assaulting, resisting or impeding officers with a deadly or dangerous weapon, according to court papers."
