Trump made the following coercive statement to Raffensperger during his pressure call, accusing him of engaging in criminal activity:

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...68e0cc-4ddd-11eb-83e3-322644d82356_story.html

    excerpt:

Trump: "And you are going to find that they are — which is totally illegal — it is more illegal for you than it is for them because, you know, what they did and you’re not reporting it. That’s a criminal, that’s a criminal offense. And you can’t let that happen. That’s a big risk to you and to Ryan, your lawyer. And that’s a big risk. But they are shredding ballots, in my opinion, based on what I’ve heard. And they are removing machinery, and they’re moving it as fast as they can, both of which are criminal finds. And you can’t let it happen, and you are letting it happen. You know, I mean, I’m notifying you that you’re letting it happen. So look. All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have because we won the state."

It's easier for them to believe a lie on the internet, then to face the truth that Trump got his ass kicked in the 2020 election. - He lost by over seven million votes.

All of those tens of thousands of fanatics standing in line for hours, sometimes in the dark, sometimes in the rain and cold, just to attend a trump rally.
It didn't matter what he said, just as long as it was their messiah speaking. While Biden largely stayed safe within the confines of his basement in Delaware

You beat me to it, Stormy. I was going to say that 3rd grade is a misnomer.

Trump is reportedly crashing memorial services, living large 'like Napoleon at Elba'

    excerpt:

"Inside Mar-a-Lago, Trump will "show up for anything," Green adds. "In recent weeks, Trump has popped into engagement parties and memorial services. A Mar-a-Lago member who recently attended a club gathering for a deceased friend was surprised when Trump sauntered in to deliver remarks and then hung around, apparently enjoying himself."

Some Trump courtiers have moved to the Palm Beach area because they want to — Fox News hosts Sean Hannity and Neil Cavuto recently bought homes near Mar-a-Lago. Others, like former White House staffers who have been unable to get jobs after the Jan. 6 Capitol insurrection, "have nowhere else to go," former Trump campaign aide Sam Nunberg told Bloomberg. "What else are they going to do?"

There are also signs the Trump adulation may not extend too far beyond the "Trump Coast," however. The name "Donald" fell 55 places on the Social Security Administration's 2020 list of popular baby names, coming in at a record-low 610th place, below Axton, Dariel, Marvin, and Brycen."

Capitol riot plea deal offered to Trump State employee Federico Klein

    excerpt:

"WASHINGTON – Plea negotiations are underway in the case of Federico Klein, a former Trump State Department appointee who's accused of charging a police line during the deadly Capitol assault Jan. 6.

Prosecutors offered a plea deal earlier this week, but the offer has not been accepted, Klein's attorney, Stanley Woodward, said during a hearing Thursday. Woodward said the offer was not "reasonable," although he did not offer more details.

Prosecutors said Klein, whose image was captured on police body cameras, appeared in front of a mob clashing with officers near the Capitol's west terrace. Klein and others ignored several orders from officers to back away and, instead, Klein "shoved" a shield into the door opening to prevent officers from securing the entrance, according to court documents."

What more do you need to prosecute these boneheads? You're on camera, assaulting officers, defying lawful direct orders. Not to mention being employed by the state department., which I do believe entails some type of oath to the constitution?

Lindsey is straight out of PT Barnum's Freak Show, just like Donald Duck and Dr Strangelove, and categorizing their sexuality requires a strong stomach.

Klein was active in the State Department at the time of Trump's insurrection at the Capitol.

The FBI arrested him about two months after the riot after receiving help from tipsters.

    Article from March 5, 2021

Former State Department Aide Charged In Connection With Capitol Riot

    excerpt:

"The FBI has arrested a former midlevel State Department aide in the Trump administration who is accused of assaulting police officers while storming the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6.

Federico Klein, who also worked on the 2016 Trump campaign, was taken into custody on Thursday in Virginia. He was charged by criminal complaint with six counts including obstructing an official proceeding, obstructing law enforcement and assaulting an officer with a dangerous weapon.

A State Department spokesperson said Klein served as a political appointee in the department from 2017 until his resignation effective Jan. 21, 2021. He worked as a special assistant in the Bureau of Western Hemisphere Affairs and as a staff assistant with the transition team, the official said."
