Trump's senior adviser, Steven Miller, gets kicked off CNN as a waste of time.

We do not need the offshore oil now. Yes, the frackers are celebrating about America's energy independence. the fallout is that we no longer need to drill offshore.

Man..with all this chaos going on with this administration, I'm almost willing to bet the next focus to distract the American people will be a war somewhere. I wouldn't be surprised....

A war works if it's over quickly, like Grenada or the Persian Gulf. If it's long and indecisive, like Viet Nam, Afghanistan and Iraq, it backfires. And if it's short and over, voters forget quickly, as in Bush 48 vs. Clinton '92 : "It's the economy, stupid!"

Many high paying jobs are already available in the U.S. but go unfilled because of lack of qualified people. Cybersecurity is an example.

It's difficult for Trump to do an about-face and launch a cybersecurity effort when he applauded people for stealing Hillary's emails and said that the Russian government would be rewarded for exposing more private emails.

The nonpartisan Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity mentioned in the article was created by Obama in 2016.

Tons of $80,000 entry-level jobs going ignored

"The staffing shortage is serious enough that, “The president should … train 100,000 new cybersecurity practitioners by 2020,” the Commission on Enhancing National Cybersecurity said on Dec. 1.

The shortage also means “you’ll see more things like the Tesco attack, which targeted bank accounts (in England), and a greater risk to health-care records and everyday devices like your phone,” said John Callahan, director of cybersecurity programs at the University of San Diego."

Mexicans do the farm work because whites are too lazy to do that. Whites just want everything done for them. The fast food business is a good example. The car wash business is a good example. House painting is another good example. Anything requiring physical effort is a good example.

Farmers in the San Joaquin valley use Mexican folks almost exclusively. They (many) live like the millionaires they are and depend on the Mexican workers to get anything done.

When Bigotry Paraded Through the Streets
A century ago, millions of Americans banded together in defense of white, Christian America and traditional morality—and most of their compatriots turned a blind eye to the Ku Klux Klan.
    Joshua Rothman Dec 4, 2016

When Bigotry Paraded Through the Streets

    From the article:

"Ideologically, the Klan blended xenophobia, religious prejudice, and white supremacy together with a broadly conservative moralism. Amidst a global recession that came in the aftermath of World War I, fear and anxiety were widespread among native-born white Protestants that the country they had known and been accustomed to dominating was coming undone. They worried about an influx of eastern European immigrants who adhered to Communism and other supposedly subversive political creeds, about the seemingly growing influence of Catholics and Jews in American life, and about the migration of African Americans out of the South. The intellectual vogue for religious modernism, the expansion of political and sexual freedoms for women, and the perception that immorality, crime, and vice were all on the rise only confirmed the sense that the world was spinning beyond their control.

The Klan advocated the restoration of “true Americanism” and offered members a platform that demonized blacks, Catholics, Jews, Mexicans, Asians, and any other non-white ethnic immigrants while also condemning Communism, most other forms of leftist politics, and “base” cultural influences such as alcohol, birth control, and the teaching of evolution in public schools. Presenting itself in part as a Christian moral reform organization and in part as a vehicle for entrenching the economic and political power of white Anglo-Saxon Protestants, the Klan flourished with the promise that energetic white nationalism and traditional morals would hold back the tides of modernity and ensure that forces scheming to undermine the authority of native-born white Americans would be kept at bay."

An article about what precipitated the Russia investigation.

The Trump administration has dismissed Papadopoulos as a low-level, peripheral figure, but those are the type of people that foreign elements often target to seep into a group that is of interest to them.

The examples I heard of are all in Wisconsin! Unemployed people from nearby states don't want to relocate to Wisconsin countryside it seems.

Without Mexicans there would not be a Tomato Business in Newman, or Orange Business in Lindsey, or Strawberry Business in Watsonville, or garlic business in Gilroy, or Lettuce business in Bakersfield, or etc...
