Parnas is changing his not guilty plea to guilty. He had already pleaded guilty to other charges. After being seen in photos standing next to Trump and Pence, Trump said he doesn't know Parnas. Former Giuliani associate Lev Parnas to plead guilty to conspiracy: report excerpt: "Lev Parnas will plead guilty to conspiracy related to his work with a fraud insurance company, where he associated with colleagues including former Donald Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, Reuters reports. Parnas on Thursday asked to change his plea from not guilty to guilty. “Mr. Parnas believes the time is right for him now to accept responsibility,” Parnas’s lawyer, Joseph Bondy, said. Parnas was convicted of campaign finance charges in October after paying for the favor of 2018 midterm election candidates with money that is linked to Russian businessman Andrey Muraviev. Parnas and associate David Correia are accused of leading people to invest over $2 million in their company, Fraud Guarantee, and then using some of the money for personal and political purposes. Giuliani, who denies breaking the law, claims he worked for Fraud Guarantee for a salary of $500,000."
It's not a good idea to give money to someone from a company called Fraud Guarantee who is repeatedly seen standing next to Trump.
At a rally in September 2020 Trump blamed blue states for the coronavirus deaths. The deaths have gradually shifted from urban toward rural and pro-Trump countries as people have vaccinated. Comparing U.S. COVID deaths by county and 2020 presidential voting preference image:
Analysis | Trump blames blue states for the coronavirus death toll — but most recent deaths have been in red states By Philip Bump, National correspondent September 16, 2020 https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...-but-most-recent-deaths-have-been-red-states/ excerpt: “So we’re down in this territory,” Trump continued, “and that’s despite the fact that the blue states had had tremendous death rates. If you take the blue states out, we’re at a level that I don’t think anybody in the world would be at. We’re really at a very low level. But some of the states, they were blue states and blue state-managed.”

Pro-Trump Wisconsin Republican ordered to turn over deleted emails and texts about 2020 election review excerpt: "A Dane County Circuit Court judge struck another blow this week to attempts by Assembly Speaker Robin Vos and former Supreme Court Justice Michael Gableman to keep records of Gableman’s partisan election review hidden from the public. On Thursday, Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn ordered Vos to release deleted emails and text messages that fall under one of several open records requests filed by the government watchdog group American Oversight. The group has been fighting for months to unveil efforts by Vos and Gableman to review the 2020 election. Earlier this week a different Dane County judge ordered the release of 760 pages of documents created by Gableman’s office. Those records provide little evidence that Gableman and his team have been investigating their conspiratorial claims about the election — which multiple investigations, recounts, audits and reviews have affirmed was won by Joe Biden. It’s unclear what is contained in the deleted text messages and emails that Vos will now have to provide to American Oversight, but Bailey-Rihn’s order also includes messages sent from Vos’ private gmail account. The order for Vos to release his deleted records cuts off a frequent end-run that legislators have made around the state’s public records laws. Like all other state agencies, the Legislature is required to follow open records laws, but it has carved out a loophole for itself by not requiring records to be retained as they are in other parts of state government."
The GOP legislators want to be an ultimate authority answerable only to themselves. They want to have the sole determination of who they think won the elections.
Arizona Supreme Court Refuses To Review $50,000-A-Day Fines Against Cyber Ninjas excerpt; "Logan, a QAnon conspiracy acolyte, had predicted months before the audit even began that “hundreds of thousands of votes” would inevitably be found in Maricopa County for former President Donald Trump."
Logan never found the alleged hundreds of thousands of fraudulent votes for Biden in AZ. His company submitted a report with many murky allegations that were rebutted by the election board in AZ.
Arizona Supreme Court Refuses To Review $50,000-A-Day Fines Against Cyber Ninjas excerpt: "The operation quickly generated controversy: Ballot examiners were equipped with blue pens, which are not allowed in recounts because they can be used to alter ballots. Auditors also sought traces of bamboo on ballots, which they purported would be proof of Chinese interference in the election. In addition, truckloads of voter data were spirited 1,300 miles away to a cabin in Montana for “special” examination."
Logan has lost in court multiple times at his attempts to keep the records private. Arizona Supreme Court Refuses To Review $50,000-A-Day Fines Against Cyber Ninjas excerpt: "Cyber Ninjas had argued earlier that its communications and documents aren’t subject to public records law, but two Superior Court judges and the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that the company was performing a government function on behalf of the Arizona Senate, which had hired it to carry out the audit."
The GOP-controlled AZ legislature could have easily avoided this mess by conducting the audit internally with competent officials. Instead, it outsourced the 'audit' to a highly biased, pro-Trump, inexperienced, truther-promoting entity in Florida.
Logan's latest loss is that the AZ Supreme Court won't review his request to have the fines against his company removed.
AZ AG doesn't file charges against phony electors and illegal use of the AZ state seal. The goal was to have more than one slate of electors from AZ presented to VP Mike Pence on January 6 to create a confusing situation in the hopes that Pence wouldn't certify Biden's legitimate win and would send the issue back to the state legislators to resolve (in favor of Trump). GOP attorney general investigated Trump’s phony electors — but no charges have been filed: report excerpt: "Republican Mark Brnovich took steps to investigate a phony slate of Arizona presidential electors supporting Donald Trump, according to newly released government documents. "The Arizona Attorney General’s Office sought information from the Office of the Federal Register about a document a group of Arizona Republicans sent falsely calling themselves the state’s presidential electors and that used the official state seal, according to documents released Friday. The request from prosecutors specified exactly how the documents needed to be delivered to the office to be useful in obtaining a conviction, according to emails released to The Arizona Republic from the Federal Register’s Office," the newspaper reported. No charges have been filed against the fraudulent electors, who may have also committed a crime by illegally using the state seal. The newspaper reported an email from the assistant inspector general for investigations said, "we would really like to wrap our head around the process as we evaluate these types of issues for criminality." Brnovich has been criticized for leading the investigation into fraud by Trump supporters while seeking the former president's endorsement in his 2022 midterm challenge of Sen. Mark Kelly (D-AZ)."
Trump's political revenge tour takes on Republicans who broke with him over Jan. 6 Danielle Kurtzleben March 12, 2022 5:00 AM ET Trump's political revenge tour takes on Republicans who broke with him over Jan. 6 excerpt: "Trump remains focused on loyalty and Jan. 6 Rice is one of 10 House Republicans who voted for impeachment after the Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, and Fry was chosen as a featured speaker at a Trump rally in Florence, S.C., on Saturday night. Katie Arrington was chosen as another featured speaker. Trump is backing her against Republican Rep. Nancy Mace in the neighboring 1st District. Mace did not vote for impeachment, but did heavily criticize Trump after Jan. 6, saying that he "put all of our lives at risk." The way Trump is intervening in primaries is unprecedented, according to Republican strategist Doug Heye. "Other Republican presidents certainly have gotten involved in political races," he said. "But they certainly haven't gone on a grievance tour and done so throughout the campaign cycle.""
