County recorder Tina Peters (indicted by a Mesa County grand jury and her deputy arrested) has been charged with illegally letting an unauthorized person have access to a Dominion voting machine that was having a trusted build software update installed.

The unauthorized person was able to copy the software in the Dominion machine. The code ended up being posted on the web as supposed proof of voting fraud in CO.

In August 2021 Lindell showed what looked like a running hex dump of some of the software as supposed proof of voting fraud.

Those involved in the caper have stated that log files from the old software were deleted, making it sound like it was illegal activity. It's normal for software log files to be deleted during an upgrade.

Lindell and others have been contending that voting record files were deleted. They weren't. They were archived properly. Software log files aren't voting records.

Lindell is still proffering murky claims that the caper by Peters somehow proves voting fraud that stole the election from Trump.

Trump Accused Of Witness Tampering In Jan. 6 Capitol Riot Probe

    excerpt:

"Former President Donald Trump is being accused of tampering with witnesses by promising to pardon those involved in the Jan. 6 Capitol assault if he is reelected.

Rep. Pete Aguilar (D-California) said Trump “absolutely” tampered with witnesses. “Now he’s dangling pardons if he gets back into office for individuals,” Aguilar said.

According to Trump, those involved in the attack are being treated unfairly. But even Republicans are pushing back against this latest gambit. Gov. Chris Sununu (R-New Hampshire) said, “The folks that were part of the riots and frankly the assault on the U.S. Capitol have to be held accountable.”

Robert Jenkins, attorney for the riot defendants, claimed his clients are aware of Trump’s promises and could see how it might affect the outcome of the trial. Jenkins said Trump’s words are not “witness tampering,” rather putting his “fingers on the scales.”"

Trump Accused Of Witness Tampering In Jan. 6 Capitol Riot Probe

    excerpt:

"Stephanie Grisham, former White House press secretary, claimed that Trump had secret meetings in the White House before the U.S. Capitol attack. During the course of these meetings only selective aides knew about them. They were organized by Trump’s chief of staff, Mark Meadows.

Meadows reached an agreement with the House committee to release documents and sit for a deposition about the attack and events preceding it. He eventually reversed his position and refused to cooperate with the committee."

Meadows appears to have been a key player in organizing Trump's protest at the Capitol to try to prove the 2020 election was stolen from Trump by voter fraud.

Yet Meadows himself didn't seem to know how to properly document his address when he registered to vote. It has become a subject of inquiry.

Graham voted to confirm Jackson to the DC appeals court.

He blew up during the hearings for her nomination to the Supreme Court.

The GOP in general seems to be staying low key about Jackson, perhaps not wanting to make themselves look bad for midterm elections in November.

Graham flip-flopped on Jackson, but his biggest one was on Trump.

Ginni Thomas Donated $15,000 To GOP Campaigns, Including Trump’s

    excerpt:

"The spouse of Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas, Ginni Thomas, has contributed at least $15,000 to Republican political committees, according to federal and state records.

Her conservative activism, including work to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election and attendance at the January 6 rally that segued into the riots at the Capitol, has raised concerns about potential conflicts of interest for her husband.

Thomas has donated at least $13,000 in support of Republicans running for national office, according to reports filed with the Federal Election Commission. Former President Donald Trump’s campaign apparatus took in $2,100 from Thomas, $290 of which came while Trump was president. Ginni Thomas and a spokesperson for the Supreme Court did not immediately respond to inquiries. (The Supreme Court Justice was admitted to the hospital Friday night with an infection.)

Clarence Thomas was the sole dissenting vote in the Supreme Court’s ruling last month rejecting Trump’s attempt to block the House Select Committee from obtaining his records regarding January 6."

    https://thehill.com/regulation/cour...irms-pence-was-taken-to-underground-loading-d

    excerpt:

"The Secret Service escorted former Vice President Mike Pence to an underground loading dock during the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the Capitol, where he waited with his wife and daughter for around five hours.

During a Monday trial for New Mexico county commissioner Couy Griffin, Secret Service inspector Lanelle Hawa testified that Pence was evacuated from the Senate chamber around 2:26 p.m. and taken to a loading dock underneath the Senate plaza, The Washington Post reported.

Griffin, the second Jan. 6 rioter to head to trial and founder of "Cowboys for Trump," faces charges of disorderly conduct and entering and remaining in a restricted building. At trial, prosecutors are trying to prove whether Griffin knowingly and willfully trespassed when a pro-President Trump mob stormed the U.S. Capitol and disrupted the certification of the 2020 election.

Griffin's defense team was able to reveal Pence's location during the riot despite protests from the Justice Department, which wanted to keep that information confidential, the Post reports. Prosecutors argued that the revelation could endanger other protectees and be a national security concern."

    https://thehill.com/regulation/cour...irms-pence-was-taken-to-underground-loading-d

    excerpt:

"The news of Pence's whereabouts confirms reports from ABC News reporter Jonathan Karl, who in November told Stephen Colbert with "The Late Show" that Pence was "hidden away in the bowels of the Capitol," according to photographs.

"He refused to leave, he wanted to stay there," Karl, who was promoting his book "Betrayal" at the time, said. "I saw all the photographs, and by the way it is wild to see he was in a loading dock in an underground parking garage beneath the Capitol complex. No place to sit, no desk, no chairs ... this is the vice president of the United States.""

That's what Trump did to Pence while he relaxed in the White House private dining room and watched the insurrection with the rioters chanting "Hang Mike Pence!".

When asked if he was ever concerned about Pence's safety, Trump defended his unwillingness to stop the riot for hours by saying that Pence was safe with the Secret Service.

Pence is still trying to smooth over that fiasco and talk about all the good things he and Trump did together.

US citizen Evan Newman, who stormed the #American Capitol a year ago, received refugee status in #Belarus. He wants to take his family from the United States.
There are several criminal charges against him in the US.
