It was truther narrative, like the claim that election worker Ruby Freeman took out 15,000 illegal ballots from under the table and counted them three times for Biden to give him 45,000 illegal votes. Trump pushed that story on Raffensperger during his phone call to try to convince him to overturn the 2020 GA election.

When Raffensperger stated that he should take his case to court, Trump complained that he couldn't gain any traction in the courts.

In August 2022, Graham predicted riots in the streets if Trump was criminally charged in the documents case.

Trump has been charged in the Stormy Daniels case and no rioting has occurred.
