Cannon could have dismissed the documents case two years ago when Jack Smith started the investigation by claiming that Smith didn't have the authority to prosecute Trump or even investigate him.

An opinion by Clarence Thomas wasn't needed, although perhaps Cannon didn't know enough about that worn-out ploy against a special counsel (that has never succeeded in court) until Thomas mentioned it to her in July 2024.

She used rope-a-dope tactics (like assigning a special master which the 11th Circuit threw out) for about two years until finally dismissing the case altogether.

 

Blacks don't seem to be in attendance at Trump's rallies, excerpt for ones planted behind Trump on the stage..

Neither do gays.

At a rally, Trump once pointed out a black person in the audience and said, "There's our black person."

Not many gay pride signs are seen at a Trump rally.

"Donald Trump is hold a “Trump Pride” rally Tuesday (October 13) in what is perhaps the most confusing plot twist of 2020.

The invitation to “Trump Pride”, a free event in Newtown Square, Pennsylvania, was released Saturday (October 10) — just three days before the event is set to take place — and contained no mention of the LGBT+ community whatsoever.

The only details revealed were that the event would be hosted by the president’s daughter-in-law Lara Trump, wife of Eric Trump, and Richard Grenell, who served previously as Trump’s interim director of national intelligence and was the first of very few gay officials in the Trump administration.

A screenshot of the invite was shared on Twitter by SiriusXM host Michelangelo Signorile, who wrote: “Look at this closeted event, in which neither ‘gay’ nor ‘LGBTQ’ is mentioned, Trump himself is not involved, and the whole thing is in code: ‘Pride’ in rainbow letters.”

Signorile noted: “They’ve not announced this anywhere, lest the religious right find out."

He needed to mention it to blacks due to Equal Opportunity statutes. He begrudgingly showed a couple black guys the description of the club and said, "Here's a list of all the events you don't have to attend."

 

During the 2024 campaign, Trump is quietly using Melania, who's been missing in action, to try to appeal to the LGBT community without the religious right finding out.

The main premise is that LGBT will supposedly benefit like everyone else from Trump's economic policies.

After sitting on the fence, Elon Musk has gone full Trump by endorsing him (just after the assassination attempt) and donating $45 million a month to a Trump-aligned super PAC.

He's going full fringe elsewhere.

Musk is moving X and SpaceX headquarters from CA to TX because he is upset that governor Newsom signed a bill that bans schools from requiring parents to notify the school if their child identifies as transgender.

Musk said it was the final straw.

Trump on Tuesday called the family of his supporter who died during the assassination attempt. On Monday, his wife told the New York Post he had not yet called
