U.S. Supreme Court lets Trump dismantle government agencies.

It's another example of it ruling to let him do it now and figure out later if it's legal.

    excerpt:

"It was the latest in a series of recent victories for the Trump administration before the Supreme Court on emergency requests related to the president’s efforts to rapidly reshape government.

The decision followed a major ruling on June 27, when the Supreme Court limited the ability of judges to block President Trump’s policies nationwide."

    excerpt:

“For more than 100 years, presidents across the political spectrum have obtained authorization from Congress before undertaking reorganization of the federal government,” the challengers wrote in a brief to the justices.

They urged the justices to reject the government’s request to allow Mr. Trump to act before the separation-of-powers issues were fully litigated.

“There will be no way to unscramble that egg,” the challengers wrote. “If the courts ultimately deem the president to have overstepped his authority and intruded upon that of Congress, as a practical matter there will be no way to go back in time to restore those agencies, functions and services.”

Stephen Miller forgot to mention that they are also slowing traffic by getting out of their cars to abduct people's dogs and cats to eat them.

The U.S. Supreme Court has allowed Trump to continue with DOGE, even though it isn't a department (which needs to be created by Congress). It allowed Musk and his rag-tag college-age groupies to access sensitive IRS and Social Security information of the public.

It also let Trump end temporary residency to a half-million people.

It allowed Trump to dispose of leaders of two independent government agencies.

It's open to the imagination as to what Trump could possibly do that would make the conservative Supreme Court rule definitively that he overstepped his authority and that his actions should be limited until it's determined if they are Constitutional.

If Trump defied Supreme Court rulings, the conservatives on the Supreme Court might still let him defy its rulings until it's determined later if his actions were Constitutional.

The conservatives on the Supreme Court gave Trump plenty of wiggle room when they ruled on whether he should be ordered to return the mistakenly deported Garcia from the El Salvador prison to the U.S. It didn't order him to do it. It said that Trump should facilitate the return of Garcia. Trump later made smart-alec remarks that he might provide a U.S. plane to help bring Garcia back to the U.S. if the leader of El Salvador ever happened to decide that he should be returned.

Many on Medicaid are children and single mothers. Does Rollins have any comprehension of how impossible child care is? Nobody WANTS to be on Medicaid.

Labor has no rights here in the US. In Europe, the entire place would strike.
