I'm starting to wonder if the Trump people put this story out into the NYT to get a reason to enrage all the Trump supporters before the November elections. They are always talking "False Flag Operations" on their radio talk shows, aren't they?

I think it's pence, but there is one other person who might be culpable, Kelly Anne Conway's husband. He is known to dislike trump. She may have inadvertently spilled the beans to him.

While Donald Trump, Jr might have followed white nationalists like Ricky Vaughn on Twitter, the Trump administration was putting the policy suggestions of FAIR – into practice and into law. Meanwhile, people like Stephen Miller even openly dream of rolling back the racial clock to before 1965, when the ‘algorithms’ of non-white immigration were altered."

Another take on this is that Trump put the story out to sucker in the NYT so he could have another reason to fire Sessions? He's already calling on Sessions to find the writer, and turn him over. Well, if Sessions answers back that the writer is protected by the First Amendment, then Trump will use the matter against him. And keep in mind Trump has demonstrated that he likes power and cruelty.

 

FISA warrants are not dished out like Big Macs. They are studied by a judge and approved before having the FORCE OF LAW behind them. John Dean just gave an interesting speech before the Senate today. He knows exactly how Nixon defied the law.

 

Fact is Trump works for the Alt Right...white nationalism.

If Donald Trump Jr. sought “dirt” from the Russians on Hillary Clinton from the Russians, he might be charged with conspiring to violate the Federal Election Law,, which prohibits foreign nationals from contributing any “thing of value” to an electoral campaign. And to the extent that the Trump campaign aiding or abetting the Russians about what to steal from the Democrats or how to put it to maximum use, they may have violated the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act. So there!
(2) The Steele dossier conspiracy is a right wing pipedream. As has been mentioned, FISA warrants are given after thorough review of the evidence for probable cause.
