I did read it the first time. I was pointing out your effort to represent collusion between Russia and Clinton. Steele is a credible witness. He has explained Trump's efforts in reaching the Russians. Trump's sons are on record saying they got all the money they need from Russia. Manafort is connected to Russia. Gates is connected to Russia. Papadopulous is connected to Russia. Sessions lied about meeting with Russians. I say the big picture shows Trump's operations speak volumes. And he still will not tell anyone what he talked with Putin about. In a very short time Mueller is going to issue his report. My guess is Trump & Co will threaten and obstruct just like they threatened and obstructed the International Criminal Court. Criminals seem to do that often.
It's questionable which U.S. allies Bolton is referencing. Not many remain, with the possible exception of Russia, North Korea, and Israel. Trump thought his tariffs would force Ford the manufacturer the Focus in the U.S. Instead, Ford decided to not market it at all in the U.S. After Trump Tweets that the Ford Focus Can 'BE BUILT IN THE U.S.A.,' Ford Explains Why That Would Make No Sense David Meyer Mon, Sep 10,2018 5:04 AM After Trump Tweets that the Ford Focus Can 'BE BUILT IN THE U.S.A.,' Ford Explains Why That Would Make No Sense excerpt: "Then, after Trump started threatening his new tariffs against China, Ford decided in August that it wouldn’t sell the Focus Active in the U.S. after all. The profit margins were simply too small to be worth it. The auto-sector market economist Jon Gabrielsen told the Detroit Free Press that Trump’s tweet was “further evidence that neither the president nor his trade representatives have any clue of the complexities of global supply chains.” “This forces Ford to forfeit the sales they would have had if they could continue to import that low-volume niche vehicle,” Gabrielsen said."
Trump struggles to embrace consoler-in-chief role The president spent the early part of the day tweeting about the Russia investigation and the Woodward book, before giving a memorial eulogy in Pennsylvania. By CHRISTOPHER CADELAGO 09/11/2018 02:18 PM EDT Trump struggles to embrace consoler-in-chief role excerpt: "H again drew swift rebuke last month when his Instagram post offering condolences to the family of the late Arizona Sen. John McCain included a picture of Trump – not of the late senator, whose days of services the president was not invited to. More than anything else, it has been Trump’s inability to quietly absorb incoming slights during times of national tribute that have shaded his tenure going back to his January 2017 speech at the CIA’s headquarters in Langley, Va. There, Trump gave a swaggering address that ripped the media, bragged about his inaugural crowd size and provided an upbeat assessment of his intellect. “Trust me, I’m like a smart person,” Trump said amid questions he raised before a wall of stars memorializing fallen officers. “Probably almost everybody in this room voted for me,” Trump added, “but I will not ask you to raise your hands if you did.” A former administration official said the CIA address set off a wave inside of second-guessing about where to deploy the president for occasions designed to pay homage to others."
