Conan O'Brien needs to do a video of all the talking heads spouting the same rhetoric verbatim, but he would no longer be considered a comedian by half the country.

USCIS changes course again regarding deportations.

Kenneth T Cuccinelli is the acting director of USCIS. Yet another acting official in the Trump administration.

Cuccinelli was named acting director by the acting secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Kevin McAleenan

Trump Administration Backtracks on Its Plan to Deport Sick Kids

    excerpts:

"The Trump administration has seemingly yielded to pressure against their new plan to deport migrants seeking life-saving medical care—at least to an extent. Responding to widespread outrage over reports that U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services had suddenly shut down its “deferred action” program for non-military requestors, which granted a reprieve from deportation to undocumented migrants seeking life-saving care and their relatives, USCIS announced Monday that they would reopen deferred action cases that were pending when the agency ended the program on August 7. “While limiting USCIS’ role in deferred action is appropriate, USCIS will complete the caseload that was pending on August 7,” the notice says, also noting that those whose requests had been denied as a result of the program ending “have not been targeted for deportation.”"

"The planned cancellation of the deferred action program was the latest in a long line of moves the Trump administration has taken against immigrants—both undocumented and otherwise, such as asylum-seekers—whose vilification has become a cornerstone of Donald Trump's presidency. In August alone, the administration announced such other immigration-based attacks as penalizing green card applicants who use public benefits and making the citizenship process more cumbersome for children of parents working in government service roles who are born abroad. (The president has also reportedly been pushing full steam ahead with his unpopular and pointless border wall, laws be damned.) To many, however, the White House's new line of attack in taking on terminally ill children and their families represented a new level of cruelty. “With this decision, again this administration has hit a new low," Rep. Ayanna Pressley told reporters Thursday. “To be fighting for your life, imagine on top of that facing deportation.”"

Sounds similar to his explanation about his underhanded Stormy Daniels money transactions when he later said he knew about something that he had earlier said he didn't know about.

Donald Duck is pushing everything to the limit, deporting even sick patients and separating mothers from their children, because he knows it will become less shocking the more often you hear it, just like the more often you hear about mass killings, the less of an issue it becomes. Its no longer weird, its no longer a big issue, if its just the mass media overreacting as usual. Anyone remember the name "Sandy Bridge"? Why should you?

Trump is now blaming U.S. companies for not adjusting to his tariff war.

When they do adjust, like the U.S. Harley-Davidson did by stating that it planned to take some of its U.S. operations overseas to avoid the retaliatory tariffs that would have raised the price of its exports, Trump got upset about that too and threatened H-D with fines and taxes.

Moreover, Trump said he's going to help the foreign motorcycle manufacturers in the U.S. as a way of getting even with H-D who he thinks usurped his perceived infinite authority.

Trump blames companies impacted by his trade war

    excerpt:

"President Donald Trump on Friday appeared to accuse companies of falsely claiming that they've been hurt by his escalating trade war with China, instead saying they're mismanaging their businesses.

“If the Fed would cut, we would have one of the biggest Stock Market increases in a long time. Badly run and weak companies are smartly blaming these small Tariffs instead of themselves for bad management...and who can really blame them for doing that? Excuses!” Trump wrote on Twitter Friday.

Trump’s comments come just days before the U.S. is set to impose new tariffs on China in two rounds, with the first due to start on Sept. 1. The 10 percent tariff on approximately $112 billion of Chinese goods would likely raise prices for consumer items like electronics and shoes."

After Puerto Rico was struck by hurricane Maria, Trump said it was somewhere out in a 'really, really big ocean'..

He didn't sound too bright about hurricanes and geography in 2017 either.

Trump says Puerto Rico is 'an island surrounded by big water'

    excerpt:

""This is an island sitting in the middle of an ocean – and it's a big ocean, a really, really big ocean," Mr Trump told reporters earlier this week.

He later informed Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy that Puerto Rico is "out in the ocean. You can't just drive your trucks there”.

"This is tough stuff,” he added."

I grew up in Hawaii, and the local boys would love to have a private conversation with Donald Duck about what life on islands is all about.

Trump moving forward to divert $3.6B from military projects for border wall

Trump moving forward to divert $3.6B from military projects for border wall

    excerpt:

"The notification to congressional leadership comes after Trump declared a national emergency earlier this year to access more money for the border wall after Congress passed a funding bill that included only $1.35 billion for the border.

Republicans bristled over Trump's decision to declare the national emergency to get wall funding but Congress was unable to override Trump's veto of a resolution to nix the declaration. Democrats have pledged to force another vote this fall.

As part of the declaration, Trump announced that he would reshuffle $3.6 billion from military construction projects. Republicans are promising to "back fill" the money in the upcoming government funding bills though that requires cooperation from Democrats.

Sen. Jack Reed (D-R.I.), the top Democrat on the Senate Armed Services Committee, knocked the administration on Tuesday saying there was "no credible reason" for diverting the funding.

“There should be broad, bipartisan opposition to misusing defense dollars in this manner in both Congress and the courts," he added."

A billion here, a billion there and, pretty soon, you are talking assassination! The idea the republican party has any teeth was disproved by the fact Donald Duck was elected against the wishes of his own party leaders.
