Congress itself is being divided up and sold to the highest bidder, just as the republican party falls apart, because its obvious to every wolf around the world that the US government is now up for sale. Either democrats can gain support for campaign finance reform and changing the entire electorate, or the auction begins in one week.

    Trump’s impeachment barricade crumbles
Key witnesses are ignoring Trump and delivering bombshell testimony in Democrats’ Ukraine investigation.

    Trump’s impeachment barricade crumbles

    excerpt:

"Donald Trump's impeachment blockade has collapsed.

The president's former top Russia adviser, Fiona Hill — the first White House official to cooperate in Democrats' investigation of the Ukraine scandal — has sketched for lawmakers a trail of alleged corruption that extends from Kiev to the West Wing. In dramatic testimony on Monday, she roped in some of Trump's top advisers as witnesses to the unfolding controversy.

And on Tuesday, a senior State Department official, George Kent, appeared on Capitol Hill to testify about his knowledge of the episode despite an attempt by administration lawyers to block him, according to a source working on the impeachment inquiry. The House Intelligence Committee issued a subpoena for his testimony Tuesday morning, and Kent complied.

It's the latest evidence that the White House’s stonewalling against congressional requests for documents and testimony is crumbling — and Democrats are feeling a new sense of momentum."

I think her hubby is advising someone else. Maybe she is waiting for someone like Tex Ritter or Andy Devine to come along?

GOP lawmaker Matt Gaetz tries to crash impeachment hearings
    By Bob Fredericks

    https://nypost.com/2019/10/14/gop-lawmaker-matt-gaetz-tries-to-crash-impeachment-hearings/

    excerpt:

"Gaetz, a Republican and Trump loyalist, complained that he was kicked out of this morning’s hearing with Fiona Hill, a former national security official who was expected to offer testimony critical of Trump’s lawyer, Rudy Giuliani.

An official working on the inquiry told CNN that Gaetz was booted because he broke House rules.

“Pursuant to the House Rules and the House Deposition Regulations, only Members and designated staff from the three committees undertaking the joint investigation — the Intelligence, Oversight, and Foreign Affairs Committees — are permitted to attend and participate in a deposition,” the official said.

Gaetz “attempted to crash today’s deposition despite being ineligible and refused to leave, causing an unnecessary delay in the deposition,” the official added."

Republicans always obey rules, and laws. . . . . Only when it suits them.

Rudy's game is to be a shadow U.S. government foreign agent while hiding behind attorney-client privilege as a personal attorney to Trump.

Rudy Giuliani defies congressional subpoena in Trump impeachment probe

    excerpt:

"Rudy Giuliani on Tuesday defied a subpoena from House committees that are conducting an impeachment probe of his legal client, President Donald Trump.

Tuesday was the deadline for Giuliani, who is Trump’s personal lawyer, to turn over to the committees documents related to Ukraine.

“Mr. Giuliani will not participate because this appears to be an unconstitutional, baseless, and illegitimate ‘impeachment inquiry,’ ” Giuliani’s lawyer, Jon Sale, wrote in a letter to the House.

Sale’s letter called the subpoena “overbroad, unduly burdensome, and seeks documents beyond the scope of legitimate inquiry.”

“Moreover, documents sought in the subpoena are protected by attorney-client, attorney work-product, and executive privilege,” the letter said."

Giuliani: "Jon Sale, who is a lifelong friend, has represented me for the sole purpose of analyzing the request and responding. At this time, I do not need a lawyer."

Jon Sale operates as an attorney representing Giuliani but is selectively just Giuliani's friend when Giuliani wants people to believe he doesn't need an attorney.

Giuliani operates as an undocumented U.S. government foreign agent but is selectively just Trump's personal attorney when he needs to protect himself with attorney-cllent privilege.

First of all, that is an opinion.
So, the impeachment of Clinton was legitimate because it was conducted by republicans. Got it.

Mother Jones has a great article about the two Ukrainians who got arrested after lunch with Giuliani. First, they paid him $500 grand for some unknown reason. And they got a Russian oligarch connection who has been pumping money to Republicans all over America. Another Russian connected to them has got into the Marijuana business in Californian, including CDB, and maybe shipping it to Russia? The Ukrainians have been photographed with Desantis of Florida, and Trump as far back as 2014 according to POLITICO. Trump's web of corruption is starting to resemble a Medusa operation James Bond would have loved.
