Donald Duck thinks he's God's gift to deal makers. Giuliani and anybody else who ever worked for the asshole, could be on the menu. He's already hinted that he's more than willing to distance himself from anything the man did. I was hoping for a double public hanging, but if they nail Giuliani its open season on billionaires.

Hopefully by that time, the only thing trump will be hosting is the annual prison horseshoe contest, in Sing Sing.

Energy Sec. Rick Perry, embroiled in Ukraine affair, to resign, Trump says

    excerpts:

"WASHINGTON — Energy Secretary Rick Perry, who has emerged as a central figure in the Trump administration's quickly expanding Ukraine affair, has resigned and will leave his job by the end of the year, President Donald Trump said Thursday evening."

"The departure of Perry, one of the last remaining members of Trump's original Cabinet, comes as his name emerged in the Ukraine affair that has resulted in a Democrat-led House impeachment inquiry into Trump."

Mulvaney walks back his remarks that Trump held up Ukraine aid for political reasons
"Get over it," he said earlier on Thursday. "There’s going to be political influence in foreign policy."

    excerpt:

"The debunked DNC server conspiracy — known as "CrowdStrike" — seeks to distance Russia from culpability in the hacking of Democratic National Committee emails. CrowdStrike is a cybersecurity firm that investigated the hacking, and the conspiracy theory paints its findings about Russia's hacking efforts as suspect and politically motivated.

Last month, Trump's former homeland security adviser, Tom Bossert, told ABC's "This Week" that the theory is "not only a conspiracy, it is completely debunked," adding that "it has no validity."

"United States government reached its conclusion on attributing to Russia the DNC hack in 2016 before it even communicated it to the FBI, long before the FBI ever knocked on the door at the DNC, he continued. "So a server inside the DNC was not relevant to our determination to the attribution. It was made upfront and beforehand."

"The DNC server and that conspiracy theory has got to go, they have to stop with that, it cannot continue to be repeated in our — in our discourse," Bossert added, saying that if Trump continues to focus on 2016, "it's going to bring him down.""

Considering Rick Perry publicly told people over 21 (wrong minimum voting age) to vote for him on November 12 (wrong election date) when he was running for President, it wouldn't be surprising if Perry said "I will resign from Trump's administration on the last day of this year, December 28, 2020."

Perry also thought that Solyndra was a country when referring to funding for solar energy.

    The Dumbest Rick Perry Quotes

    excerpt:

"The reason that we fought the [American] Revolution in the 16th century — was to get away from that kind of onerous crown, if you will."

Rick Perry, getting the date of the American Revolution wrong by two centuries.

"No greater example of it than this administration sending millions of dollars into the solar industry, and we lost that money. I want to say it was over $500 million that went to the country Solyndra."

    Rick Perry

"I trust those independent school districts to make those decisions better than eight unelected and, frankly, unaccountable judges."

Rick Perry, getting the number of Supreme Court justices wrong (there are nine).

So, we actually worked out why he resigned, or when he wanted to?

Or are we just trying to fit it in some crazy narrative about an impeachment inquiry thats not going to go anywhere so we can froth at the mouth in some group fantasy?

Well in this particular case, because of the nbc article egger linked. It doesnt say anything "embroiled in" means anything. Then it just lists a recap of events we already knew of.

  17. So in your opinion, absolutely nothing is amiss. Great. Keep it to yourself, please. Other people have real jobs to do.

I don't know if it has been mentioned yet, but Mulvaney (White House Chief of Staff) said something (I don't know what) that has people up in arms. There is a shit ton of news about this, so I won't be posting a link...
