Considering Rick Perry publicly told people over 21 (wrong minimum voting age) to vote for him on November 12 (wrong election date) when he was running for President, it wouldn't be surprising if Perry said "I will resign from Trump's administration on the last day of this year, December 28, 2020."

 

Perry also thought that Solyndra was a country when referring to funding for solar energy.

 

Then he can easily replace Donald Duck.

Well in this particular case, because of the nbc article egger linked. It doesnt say anything "embroiled in" means anything. Then it just lists a recap of events we already knew of.
