BO BO thinks that's funny! I think I heard him on tv today saying his military budget is two and a half trillion, and that Obama gave Iran billions.
I will take it to my grave, but will always believe that trump doesn't like Obama, because Barack reamed him a new one, a few years ago at the, at that correspondents dinner. If you haven't seen it(probably on YouTube), it's funnier than hell.
Interesting interview on NPR yesterday by the lady that wrote Trump INC. His father started the scam of undervaluing their properties for tax purposes and overvaluing them for bank loans. Which in her research and the court in New York that is after him,say they still do. We all know he's a big time liar and she found that he knows that he is lying and makes and has made it a practice of saying anything at any time to anyone that will benefit him and his businesses. He is obviously a totally phony human and hopefully will get his comeuppance after he is out of office. The book evidently gives the whole history of the Trump and Kushner families. Trump used to claim his family was from Sweden--another lie, of course. Going to pick the book up.
And one who could string a complete sentence together without help from his staff or a FOX NEWS talk show host.
Chris Christie was the US Attorney that prosecuted Kushner's father, and put him in prison. Kushner prevented Christie from getting a job in the trump administration.
Obama has reality and Trump has a fantasy. It vexes Trump insatiably, as evident by his neverending quest to avenge Obama.
Congress Votes to Stop Trump From Military Escalation With Iran The 'War Powers' resolution will require the President to seek Congressional approval before taking further military action Amir Tibon and Washington Jan 10, 2020 2:23 AM Congress votes to stop Trump from military escalation with Iran excerpt: "WASHINGTON - The U.S House of Representatives voted on Thursday to limit President Donald Trump's ability to use military force against Iran. The House passed the "War Powers" resolution largely along party lines, by a vote of 224-194. There were eight Democratic lawmakers who voted against the resolution, and three Republicans who supported it. The resolution is now expected to go up for a vote in the Senate, where Republicans have the majority. So far, two Republican Senators - Mike Lee of Utah and Rand Paul of Kentucky - have announced their support for the resolution. In order for it to pass the Senate and take effect, the resolution will have to attract the support of two more Republicans."
Where it will get buried somewhere with the other 100 or so other resolutions they refuse to vote on....
US believes Iran accidentally shot down Ukraine plane: Reports Iran dismisses reports that a missile brought down a Ukrainian airliner with 176 on board as 'illogical rumours'. Aljazeera January 9. 2020 US believes Iran accidentally shot down Ukraine plane: Reports excerpt: "Iranian investigators earlier on Thursday said the airliner was on fire and tried turning back but its crew never made a radio call for help. The crash happened hours after Iran launched missile attacks on US-led forces in Iraq, in retaliation for the US assassination of a top Iranian commander. The plane carried mostly Iranians and Iranian Canadians. Later on Thursday, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said Ottawa also had intelligence from multiple sources indicating that the Ukrainian airliner was mistakenly shot down by Iran. "We have intelligence from multiple sources, including our allies and our own intelligence. The evidence indicates that the plane was shot down by an Iranian surface-to-air missile," Trudeau told reporters. "This may well have been unintentional," Trudeau added in a press conference."
Trump has to make those split-second military decisions, if he has time while he's enjoying and boasting about his cake at his Mar-a-Lago resort. Trump: Soleimani was ‘looking to blow up our embassy’ Dylan Stableford, Senior Writer Yahoo News January 9, 2020, 1:28 PM EST Trump: Soleimani was ‘looking to blow up our embassy’ excerpt: "Trump said he didn’t want to go to Congress for more authorization because “you have to make split second decisions.” The president also echoed the inflammatory comments from Reps. Kevin McCarthy and Doug Collins, who suggested Pelosi was defending Soleimani and that Democrats who supported the resolution were “in love with terrorists.” “When I see Nancy Pelosi trying to defend this monster,” Trump said, “when Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats want to defend him, that’s a bad thing for this country, and a bad thing politically.”"
Makes one wonder just how low and idiotic republicans can go. I doubt we've seen the bottom yet. When will those with any integrity left at all finally vote those turds out?? Oh wait---NEVER
