My eyeballs are burning outta my skull this morning.

 

I have a double light switch in my bathroom sink area. The first one does nothing when I turn it on. Lights up the Eiffel Tower for all I know.

The second one actually turns on the lights.

For two years now I've been hitting the first one almost every time! Grrr!! I hate that stupid swich.

At least the folks at the Eiffel Tower might be getting a kick out of me turning their lights on and off every day.

My daughters and the grandkids are coming for dinner...

 

There was the biggest bonfire last night, if only I didn't have to hold up a 4 year old the whole time as he wanted to see Guy Fawkes 'burn up'.

I found three bottles of brandy in the cellar... they'll be for today.

 

I just got 9 pouches of baccy given me by a mate I did a favour for.
I didn't ask or expect anything-favours are what friends do-but I'm not refusing them....

I guess everyone is coming to our house for thanksgiving. Kay my sister's mother in law. Wrote my mom on facebook and she asked what the plan was for dinner that day, my mom wrote back saying your or my house is fine, whatever the kids want and she said that's fine. What can I bring? Then she has on my dad’s page saying are you coming too our house for thanksgiving dinner? And he said yes what can I bring? And she said how about some rolls. that was weird cause my mom always dose something fancy with the bread, last year she mad a cornucopia with rolls coming out of it.. Then my sister called my mom and said so we are coming over too your house? Kay just wrote me that was the plan. Kay always has to take charge. so much drama wih her

 

Yesterday was my triplet granddaughters' birthday party so I spent some time around my ex-husband. We were together for 18 years but we've been divorced for 13 years. It's really interesting to me how he hasn't changed a bit in all the time that I've known him. Some people evolve throughout their lives and some people just don't.
