moby and boba are stretchy. i jumped into buying a woven, they can be used to wear on your back. stretchier are not safe for back carries. the moby works pretty well for me, but Oz is a giant, so hes already stretching it too much to be comfortable for long, and its hard to reach around him to do anything. dishes, laundry, all need more arm length.

hubby just got up, and hes not even mad! he likes the pattern too! wahoo!

i hurt myself being too excited though. oh boy. oh boy oh boy. i need a place to iron stuff now.

Lynn sorry to read about your mom and I hope she heals as quickly as possible and that the pain is bearable for her.

Irm, nothing wrong with having a big heart. Those that do not appreciate that are the ones who are at a loss not you.

ML, you know a treat once in a while is good thing!!

Today I sorted out all the gifts I have bought into piles ready for wrapping. My room was like a disaster zone for weeks and now is just a controlled mound. I am going to try to get some wrapping done this weekend.

Do what most lottery players in the states do when they win anything... buy more tickets.

Well okay. It was like 4 hours ago.. And.. Technically... I've already spent it on booze for the night. :D but!! That's booze for me, the miss and my new coffee waitress who if anyone followed my flirting with married women thread, I'm totally going to be boning one of these days. :D

I didn't actually say this was a good idea... Just that's what they end up doing.

And when I spun the wheel like it was coming, I thought I might land on that million but then the leather clicker thing really slowed the wheel down as it approached. :D I admit I got real excited for a second. I was about to buy a house in Colorado in my mind. :D

I checked like but honestly I hate stuff like that. I hate getting my hopes up anymore. I don't think I could do it, honestly; it's been so long.

It was all chance anyway like my number raffle was called to go spin the wheel. No one won it. Most people got 50€ so happy with our 140€ we are home now and happy drunks. :) it was a good night out and I really needed that and plus for a few other things it was good on those levels. :)

Yesterday, I won a local contest answering a question about a local judge who served in the Civil War. It was on a Facebook page for our county seat. They got all excited and told me to stop by the welcome center and pick up my prize,

I went today and they were closed for lunch.

I won two contests in my life. One was a radio show my friends band was on. I called in and won tickets for my friends concert which if i asked i could have gotten for free. It came with a Left Behind 2 dvd. The shitty one with kirk cameron.
The other thing i won was a newspaper trivia question. I thought i knew the answer but just in case i looked it up online. Turns out i would have been wrong if i didnt look it up. The winner always gets their name in the paper but that was the last week they did it so i never got credit (not that i deserved it) the prize was a patrick roy hockey card. It was a semi valuable one so that was better than a bargain bin dvd.

We have a pretty good strike rate for meat trays at club raffles. I'd say one every three weeks and then sometimes every week and we have so much meat left over and that's when I will cook it all in a big crock pot and freeze with rice or noodles and then make easy freezer meals.

Do you guys have the meat tray raffles at the club every week? The club I go to you can swipe membership card and there's always prizes. They are giving away a dingy/tinny boat and trailer here as well as the jackpot money which is over a million now. I think they get about 4 big prizes a year and for out every three or so months and meat tray raffles and beer and wine every Friday night. :)

You could have written that in german and it would have made as much sense. I guess the answer is that we have nothing like that here. I get some cheap chicken sometimes when our supplier kills more birds than they can sell. One time i got 50lbs of boneless chicken breasts for 10 or 15 dollars.
