You can't re-size it here. You'd have to do that in a photo program on your computer.

oh my...since I'm trying to show a picture that is little bitty (before clicking it twice :D ) it looks like it would just transfer it like it is. lol

But then the son says he has never known anybody with LESS intuitive computer knowledge than me. lol In fact, he said its the opposite of amazing that I'm actually "smart" (according to him) but yet I'm not able to easily click here and click there (intuitively too mind you!) and voila! everything is just posted and sent easy peasy.

I told the boy this (my computer challenge) is to help him develop character and to feel kindness and compassion for those that TRY but aren't able to do stuff snappy quick and easy on the DAMN computer :p

When I look at my pictures, it seems to me the only option I have is which to choose. I see nothing about image size or similar...unless its hiding somewhere else (in plain sight).

When the son posted my avatar, he had to go through something (it seemed like a lot) to resize it. I do remember that and I also remember us discussing how I would NEVER have figured out what/how to do that so it would accept that pic of GraySocks, if he hadn't been there to do the required resizing.

Whatever he did to resize it, I know he did it on the computer as opposed to resizing it through the site here

Go to the facebook pic. Right click on it and copy it, or copy pic address.

If you copy just the pic you can paste it straight into a thread here.

If you copy the pic address you can paste the address into a thread with the image option up on the post task bar.

My neighbour's house caught fire yesterday. Thankfully no one humans were hurt but they lost their pet rat :( I wasn't home at the time but my roommates were and they ran through the fence and busted the door down to save a puppy before the firemen arrived. I'm really proud of them!

On a diet and no money so bbq is out.....although I could put a tiny bit of bbq sauce on my turkey. Beer goes without saying.

Haven't been layer off yet. That will likely be tuesday. It's a 50/50 chance they get it up and running again. If they do it will be a while. There was a lot of damage and half of it was structureall. Tomorrow I have to call to get a loan on my 401k. Tuesday is have to call work Wednesday I expect to call unemployment.

I'm job hunting again too. I like my work and it's going ok, but because of how things are set up at the company if there are ever extra shifts or if someone wants to give away a shift, people with seniority get the option of taking it first. This is a new job, so everyone has seniority over me and they don't hire in my department often.

Everyone with seniority also has to get more hours than me. I discovered last week that if I get more hours than someone and they complain about it, my boss has to cut my hours. I found out because it happened. My boss was pleased with my work and wanted to give me more, but someone complained. Even she admitted she was upset about it, because the person complaining doesn't do the same stuff as me (she is only a cake decorator, I do everything (because i am the best :p )).
