I just took some anti inflammatory and codeine pain killers.
My miss says I should take the opiates but I say meh I'm not using my good pain killers to kill pain. yep, i'mma dickhead alright.
I'm going to roll my quads all over my massage balls soon. I believe it's more the right sore muscles in my legs doing the damage on my lower back.

 

I really do think it's my buns. When I push the nerves, cartilage, muscle, tendon thing in my ass cheek/thigh the pain is gone but when I stop pushing or massaging you feel it come back like a tight rope and it feels like it pulls on my back.

Actually I know all that and remember it from my university days in my sports medicine subject. The lower back is almost defined by your upper leg muscles but for me I could stretch this out all day and still have a sore back. But it sure does feel good to stretch the soreness.

Guys just told me the air conditioner shot through the window when the explosion happened. I never noticed and was sitting less than 3 feet from it.

yes...single pane and the wind was blowing directly on them all night.....the ice pellets actually were so noisy I didn't sleep well

Boiler was making so much noise and there was an electrical box between us. Then when I jumped up I was looking out the door window and towards the building exit.
