The thing is, it's not the doctors that are getting the money... The whole system is fucked. Our only choice is to stay healthy..... I can't afford to use my shitty health plan - yeah it might get me a discount here and there but 99% of the time nothing comes close to the deductible, so why have it? I'll buy a cheap disaster plan to cover hospitalization in case I step in front of a bus, the rest is cheaper out of pocket.

The UK will ban Russian oil by the end of the year so they have time to adjust.

I wish you would tell us what's in these videos...I'm not going to watch 38 minutes of some guy I never heard of on Youtube.

    But I watched a little.
Apparently he believes Putin over his own country in regards to biolabs.
Fact Check: NO Evidence That Putin Bombed 'Biden-Owned 200-Acre Villa' in Ukraine Or 'Biolabs & Pedophile Rings' -- Or That Any Of Those Exist in Ukraine
Fact check: False claim of US biolabs in Ukraine tied to Russian disinformation campaign
Russia's claim on US and Ukraine biolabs 'absurd,' 'untrue': US defense official

    Why is that?
You see to listen to both sides you have to make sure both sides have a rational argument.
    This guy doesn't seem to.

... And you can throw in some exploration / vacation time. CR has outfits that rent dirt bikes and you can either go out on your own or be guided through lots of dirt back roads and trails.

But the real effects of our challenging system is that people in the middle (between those on govt assistance and those with strong financial success) put off care because it's so costly for us, and that leads to less healthy outcomes.

I get that you don't want to entertain the possibility that you've been bamboozled by your elected govt and the compromised media. So stick to your fed narrative and make like it's all for YOUR own good, not theirs.
Don't worry about things like people here admitting we were involved in biolabs in Ukraine, or any other facts that serve to crumble the narrative. Stick to your guns! Don't try to understand anything which goes counter to what you're fed. And by all means, don't listen to anyone you've never heard of. Unless they agree with what you've decided to believe, otherwise it just gets too confusing. And that could lead to uneasiness, anxiety, even depression. So stay healthy, believe the administration and their media, and don't worry about or question things. If nothing else, do it for the children! The truth is an existential threat!

Our health care system is in poor shape because the Republicans enacted lawsuit limits for medical malpractice; and it was the Republicans who inserted loopholes in insurance regulations so the big companies can weasel out of paying health insurance claims. Moreover, it was the Republicans who repeatedly voted against strengthening Medicare regulations which would solve the problems for the poor. It was the Republicans who raided the Social Security fund then told us Social Security would go broke. It was the Republicans who went against The Affordable Care Act and even started calling it Obama Care to disparage a Back President whom they despised. If these illustrious Republicans cooperate for just a little, maybe we could solve the big problems with health care, like high hospital charges, high Doctor fees, and ridiculous ambulance fees. When I lived in Indiana, we had to have ambulance insurance, Part A Coverage, Part B coverage, Part D coverage, and Gap insurance on top of all that. That insane system was the work of Republicans would prefer to see poor Americans dying on the sidewalks. These are the very same people who wave Confederate Flags as they claim to be Patriotic.

    O-kaaay :unamused:

If only we could go back in time and fix the blunders...

Wasn't it president Trump who proposed transparency in medical pricing, no surprise billing, and negotiating down drug prices?
    Who opposed all that?

The only transparency to him is looking through one ear and seeing out through the other.

What's to negotiate with drug prices?? REGULATE them. I saw a drug commercial on TV yesterday, Kisqali. For laughs, I looked up the price, it was $15,745 for 63 tablets.

The price of oil is fixed by private companies who have decided this is an opportune time to gouge the living shit out of everyone and either ship overseas, or keep capacity capped off. Isn't it amazing how the price of gasoline, which had been manufactured three months ago or more and is sitting in the pipeline can take the leap that it has? The same with empty shelves - and the price of food. A box of pasta or canned goods were manufactured at least six months ago. The price of meat and poultry is fixed by a very small number of price fixing corporations - the money doesn't go to the producers, beef on the hoof prices haven't been climbing. Our supply chain issues have been exacerbated by our poor port and rail systems. Why do we ship coast to coast using a truck when rail has the lowest by far price for ton/mile ? It's our disaster of infrastructure that hasn't been invested in. Over 50% of the rails used every day are 50 years old or worse, built with the same technology used since 1860.

    I'm continually bamboozled.
But be that as it may I get my facts from proven news outlets, proven science (I now all about science being able to change), and rational people who present rational arguments with supporting facts and figures.

So what are biological research facilitates?
Well the U of Albany has them, Francis Marion U has them, U. of Northern Colorado has them, Stanford has them, Eberly, Washington U, Pitt, Duke, etc. etc. etc. I suppose they're all making weapons.

    Are they dangerous? Duh!
Biological research labs study biology and that includes germs, viruses, pathogens, etc.
Oh wait. That info comes from the CDC a group of 15,000 people 80% with a Bachelor's degree, and almost half with a Masters or above formed in 1946 with a budget of $11.9 billion that is dedicated to fighting diseases around the world.

But Tucker knows better. If the bio lab is dangerous it's producing weapons.
This is why I don't think he is very informed.
