I killed a chicken today for the first time in a couple of months... betcha its going to taste great...

got it ready to roast with potatoes, carrots, chives, celery, apple....all grown within 2 miles of here (most right here) seasoned with some sea salt, black pepper and chili peppers..

Interesting read
