Turns out, that 15% honey ale didn't throw me as far off as I thought it would.
The bad part is... um... I don't have another one?
The good part is, I do have some others I bought!
Including an imperial stout that's been sitting out for a little bit now (to shave off some of that cold).

    So...

    Beer #2:
    (Alc. 10.5%)

The smell: Dark chocolate and coffee notes, followed by a slight sweetness from the malt/yeast.

The taste: Sweet, smoky and bitter chocolate.

Overall, it's hard to say. It's heavy, but tasty. Unfortunately, it also blew the fuck up when I opened it... spouting like Mentos and Coke. Which means I had about a 1/3 of it left and I'm a little pissed at losing so much, so my review is tainted by yargness.

Alright... I finished my mostly blown out beer.
I've had a slic of pizza (realized I hadn't really ate anything today).
And now I'm ready for #3!

    Speaking of, here she is...
    (Alc. 10.5%)

Smells: Chocolate covered raisins soaked in whiskey. Sweet malt with a hint of a hoppy bite rounding out the edges.

Tastes: Whiskey barrel smoke. Sweet raisiny malt. Slight bitter twinge on the backbeat.

Overall, a tasty brew... but not for gulping. Definitely a sipping drink, due to the sweetness.
(Possibly better if it weren't chilled quite so much.)

    Also, fuck Uber.
    Damn Trump brown-nosing, anti-union bastards.

I'll ride the pink mustache instead if I have to.

(Although, really, I never use either of them... I just drive my own damn car and drink at home!)

I have some berry cordial and water. Kind of weak flavored. I'm not feeling well.

Drinking Bright from Tree House, a double IPA showcasing the use of Mosaic hops.

    7.8% ABV.

    Pours a hazy orange.

Aroma is incredibly juicy with notes of pineapple, orange, grapefruit, mango and even blueberry. Lots of citrus (grapefruit, orange) rind as well. Very floral and earthy undertones, along with some pine, fresh cut grass, honey, and bready malts.

Flavor is of grapefruit, orange, blueberry, honey, and some citrus rind, coupled with a floral sweetness and bready malt backbone.

Mouthfeel is very soft and smooth, with a light carbonation that further lends to this beer's immense drinkability.

    Overall rating: A

Awesome stuff from what is arguably the best brewery in the US!
