The knowledge of Brahman

I hear that in California they have a concept of the "bliss ninny".

My guess is that an institutionalized bliss ninny would be even worse.

But actually, my one visit to an iskcon temple, many years ago, led me only to meet a so called guru who looked like a shark, and later went to jail for running off with a young female devotee and a big bag of cash. The devotees seemed brainwashed into a kind of stupid innanity. I was very glad to get out of the bad atmosphere of the place which I felt was like a spiritual toxin.
