Pretty damm tired today, i'm only getting 4-5 hours sleep a night at the moment, last year of college is really taking it's tole on me. Up early every morning to sort out college stuff, meetings all day, work all night, college work until 3ish then 4 hours sleep. and im filming at the moment which is making it all worse.

I just want a day off

I think I added far too much water but the recipe did call for 425ml... So I spent the best part of an hour trying to make it look like dough because my husband wouldn't let me start again.

All good now just waiting for it to double in size

 

Cool, I make my bread not with measures but feeling- just add as much water as it needs, I do this with pasta as well- just enough water that all is absorbed at the end and no loss of energy...but when you make it on real fire ovens then its feeling only for the time and the rest.

 

I should have done it your way. I hope it turns out nice, the dough tasted nice though! I think I'll make rolls instead of a loaf

Today I got called into work ¬¬ My boss doesn't tell me when she changes the rotasss!!! >< But I did a bit of blowing at uni so that's cool. Hanging out with a friend tonight, watching films and knitting ^^

 

Today I got munz and am now able to go see Eluveitie on Sunday!! I'm sooo fucking stoked..for two months I didn't think I was going to be able to go!! AHH!!!!
