I feel sorry for people who have not travelled the cosmos, yet claim to know what is possible and what isn't.

This sounds like an unconvincing speech in a cheesy movie, given by an evil villian just before he attempts to take over/destroy the world because he was beat up in highschool or rejected by a girl or something.

 

Yes, I've read that letter. While it contains a lot of truth whether or not it is from the actual elite, I think it's authenticity is debatable. He did say to make of it what you will.
