Sounds like my IBS flaring. When I first got those feelings it was exact as you described and even I thought I had appendicitis.

 

OK... the pain has 95% subsided. I feel pretty much normal again. Guess it was not my appendix, which is good.

 

Was it a big fart?

 

Followed by a river of waste.

 

The next 24-48 hours could still see rat under the knife if he needs an emergency fartectomy
