as in, is there anything that can get me completly relaxed and tranqualized

 

umm...well there is always weed, but it might not help relax everybody...but there is something to try


other then drugs...you could give a nice little plot of grass to lay in, and enjoy the sun...play a simple song on the guitar, or sing it, hum it...i dont know what can get you completly relaxed, but just try to empty your thoughts and lay back

 

read a book, cook, pet a cat, hold a puppy, as per prior reccomendation smoke a bowl, build an airplane out of balsa wood and tissue paper (requires focus) meditate, paint, draw, burn something.....
