Hopefully counting the entire weekend. Drugs, candy & pumpkin carving/baking. No one trick or treats in 'da 'hood . . .

what a waste of human energy.......outside of being fun for the kids, I think it's a complete waste of time!!!
guess I'm what is called a 'curmudgeon'...
Now I'm NOT a religious guy - far from it - but if we are supposed to be a 'christian' nation,,,,,,,,,why the hell do we make such a big deal out of this holiday???????!!!?!?!?!
Sure beats the hell out of me.....

Again, let the kids have fun with it.......but for adults to go crazy with costume parties, etc......forget it......

There are surely much better ways to use your time!

I suppose I'll get flamed for this, but it's how I've always felt about halloween; when I was a kid it was great fun.......but as an adult? I'll pass!!!

 

There are better ways to waste your time, perhaps. But halloween is fun, so why not indulge.

There's no specific age at which we should stop having fun. No one says we can't dress up anymore because we get too old.

At the very least it's fun to hand out candy to see all the spooky kids having fun, and any excuse to watch horror movies one after the next is always welcome.

The good thing about getting older is that once your kids or nieces and nephews are older, you can dress up and start taking them out.
