    Peter Green was the Blues master.....the alternation between his bluesy stuff and Danny Kirwan's softer stuff made for some terrific albums. THEN PLAY ON is an absolute masterpiece....the "madge" songs really rock.

    I like better the Peter Green Age but ...they don't change directly man...
    if you like "Then Play On" 4 exemple...
    the 3 album who follow with Danny Kirwan (1970-1972) are quite good
    ...I reccomend you "Bare Trees" the last one with Kirwan before he was fired for alcool and drugs abuse.
    "Bare Trees" is their last very rock album and it's one of my three best ever Fleetwood album...
    Fleetwood Mac don't change directly one day to another!...When i hear people talk about the band it seems that always the 1970-1974 years are lost in the space of time!
    the Buckingham Age come only since 1975
