It's just a big mess of corruption. I could go on and on for days about the corruption in the medical/pharma world, and I'm a pre-med student! One thing you might notice is that many of the drugs being recalled/sued against are depression/mental illness drugs. And for good reason! Any good medical researcher will tell you that we know next to nothing of the workings of the brain. I wouldn't take any mental medication even if you paid me. Actually, I don't take any pills of any kind. People have to realize that your body isn't a bunch of separate parts. Everything is linked, and probably in more ways than we know about as of yet. The real underlying problem is that our society focuses so much on 'treatment' and not 'prevention.' If we put more money into preventing diseases and illnesses, then our society would save a lot on treatment. Sure, there are diseases you cannot (or are very difficult) to prevent. But many diseases can be significantly decreased in the population through prevention. Honest to goodness, it's all about money. It's always been about money. Pharmaceutical companies don't care about saving lives. They care about making money and that's how the system is.
Yeah, that's the whole point I guess. I mean there would still be a bit of money. Some treatment would still be necessary. But, a bit of money is never good enough for those at top. I'm sure those at the very top of the pharma cooperations and such have to make decisions where it's their net profit vs. human lives that will be lost. And I'm sure it's usually the former that they go with.
Money is on everything in life, everything has value. Name one thing that cannont hold a dollar sigh above it. Know what im getting at? So is their something bigger going on at work here? WE know money is a part, but that cant be all.
I'm not sure what you mean. Something bigger? Personally I feel that it's just about the money, the profit. I don't think they're purposefully trying to sicken or test humans or something. Not sure how that would serve their agenda. As far as I see, it's just about accumulating as much wealth as possible.
This. I wouldnt doubt if they are purposely sickening the population. I dont have anything to back that up, its just a hunch, but in all honesty i wouldnt doubt it for a second.
Toxins in the environment, additives in the food all cause cancers, we know this yet they are still there and in growing numbers and more harmful varieties. They won't allow a cure for cancer, even though some have been found, but we always have new and more costly treatments for cancer...... Connect the dots. We can do the same for stress and the depression/anxiety cycle...... I'm sure there's more. Those were the first two that came to mind.
It's more profitable to maintain a condition than to cure it. It's vital for us to take charge of what we put in our bodies because neglecting that responsibility sets us up to be the pharmaceutical's bitch.
There's probably medicine out there that treats certain illnesses 100x better then the current medication. But if medication works to well then there is simply no profit for the companies that are involved with it. Companies don't see people as people but rather a number on a computer screen.
Yeah and that medicine is called Marijuana. Depression, anxiety, pain relief, lack of appitie due cancer or something like that. They all can be treated by a simple plant. It would cost big phrama so much money, which is why they have no interest in it. Yet they do support Marinol, because they can hold a patent on that and make big bucks.
And Marinol only gives you the munchies..... it has lost all it's other benefits by time it's processed so much. They did that on purpose, they don't want people to think the plant has any real benefits. Hell, marijuana is a known cancer cure, but big Pharma want's no part in that.
I got it!!!! lets create a more powerful painkiller to get people hooked on!!!! i guess its called Zohydro, itll be out soon. I thought the Obama administration wanted to crack down on prescription pill abuse lol. the manufactures must be contributing to his campaign, nice timing..// makes me sick
