I can't say that in my 14 years of ramen consumption I have ever thought once to put it in the microwave.

haha. i used to do that...we had a big big big measuring cup and i'd shove the ramen block in (ahha) and put water in and microwave it...but then somebody broke the cup, so...

With boiling water on the stove.

I don't use those little flavor packets... I make my own stuff thats not nearly as salty. :H

No.

I have cut up carrots and put them in before.

It says so in the ingredients... who am I to believe otherwise.

Depends on how hungry I am.

One of my mom's bosses used to be like that... Except he never ate anything crunchy... he had a phobia of it. He'd always wait for his cereal to become soggy and he liked chewy/soggy foods.
