Am I just missing all the police with shotguns and clubs running around attacking innocent people all the time? I guess I need to get out more.

I'm against so called "psychiatrists" who only know how to prescribe drugs. As if not enough drugs are out there as it is. These pharmaceutical companies make billions every year to treat things that one-on-one therapy can cure. Hell, I got over my anxiety on my own using natural herbs and a little meditation. The drug I was prescribed (while it did work it did cause lack of emotion/zombie feeling) would always cause my symptoms to return when off the medication. Doctors subscribe it just because the studies show they work but don't look at other risks (such as suicide in younger children, dependence, and abuse potential).

The very idea that a magical pill takes away all your problems is bull. if you're unhappy, find the reason why. Solve it. These psycho pills just take away the symptoms while numbing you. I don't doubt for a second thats what the government is going to do to all of us soon; that is what they want. You can call me paranoid but I'll be free when they start using their new concentration camps... I was on psychiatric pills once, and they made me a zombie. My grades went down because I had no motivation, i couldn't even paint and write or draw because all my creativity was drained by the drugs.
I got off cold turkey and now I'm doing better than ever.

i aggree! they can pretty much make anyone beleive anything about you if they put in a pshych ward. everyone will think your crazy so whos going to beleive you when you tell them that the phychiatrists are teaming up on you. the world is a fucked up place. if you have ideas that not alot of people think about and you SOUND crazy you are by society. and if society can convince everyone that a person with a certain view is crazy then everyone will think you are. just because people dont have open minds and see things for what they really are. good thoughs sign related. come across the river and smoke a few joints with me in windsor

C'mon now. Nobody said its magical. Different medicines do different things. I agree with you that you can be prescribed a med thats improper for you and end up worse off. But its up to you to tell your doctor and try something new or get a better doctor. Some drugs are INTENTIONALLY there to mask the symptoms. But there are others that actually replace chemicals already present in the brain. And i'm sorry that you dont believe the decades of research countless companies, the FDA, and DEA studies that prove there is such a thing as a chemical imbalance but its true. and those of us who's lives are now managable appreciate them. And just to be clear I mean no disrespect to you at all.

oh yes, because the government and pharmacutical companies only want whats best for us... sure, thats exactly it. Hmm... then I should take all those pills because the doctors say it makes me better... when really all it does is numb me and take away my emotions. Sorry if some people can't take reality, but I want to feel everything instead of sitting in front ot my TV popping prozac everytime I get a papercut or spill milk.
Just because there are decades of research doesn't mean its good. There have been decades of research on brainwashing, and I'm sure that its being done by the very same pharmacutical companies.

hell yeah, glad to see I'm not the only one jumping aboard the zombie train! I'd love to smoke with you.
I wish everyone would just stop taking their meds long enough to open their eyes and look around at the world and realize they should embrace it rather than hide from it.

its even worst how the government gets kids hooked on sugar and white flour products and when the symtoms kick in they say its ADD/ ADHD. i was put on dexedrine in 4th-6th grade for add, i developed horrible ticks after a year, i would blink like a fuckin maniac, i couldnt just blink, i had to squeeze my eyelids together tightly for a second or two every 15 seconds. i ate like a meal a day, usually some sugary snack or something, developed horrible insomnia that lasted all the way through high school. made me feel really awkward around people, i hated being around people i hated school, i had 1 friend who live 40+ miles away from me. i had abdominal cramps that were so intense id roll up into a ball on the floor wishing i was dead just waiting for it to go away. they kept me on it for two years after developing all these symptoms and every symptom was just treated with more drugs. being the sheltered little church boy i was ididnt resist, i thought all medicine was top of the line shit. i didnt even relize how much it fucked me up untill years after i was off of it. that shit does turn you into a drone. im almost 20 and im still a drone. completley unenthusiastic about everything. i barley show any expression when something good or bad happens unless im drunk. up untill a few years ago i would have made a perfect government pawn, sheltered, religous, patriotic, no friends, to many action movies/ violent video games, completely drugged out. thank god i realized that pretty much everything anyone ever taught me up to that point was a lie and i changed my act. fuck those assholes who put me on that shit i wish i could sue the shit out of them.

i definatly think big pharma is a way bigger threat than "corupt police". seriously most cops are out there busting blue collar tweeker shit heads, just cause theres a few ass holes that make it into the system everyone all blows that shit out of porportion.

its really hippocritical of people to complain about psychiatrists prescribing fucked up drugs and then turn around and complain about cops trying to stop the flow of fucked up drugs. a drug is a drug whether its legal or illegal. our government made drugs illegal to appeal to the younger crowd, governments have been secretly dealing drugs to there own people for hundreds of years to keep them dumbed down. the cia deals the majority of the cocaine and heroin into the us. its all about selling different paradigms to different crowds and turning them against each other and keeping us under constant stress and convincing us that bigger government is the only solution. by falling into the whole "hippy scence" or "punk scene" or whatever your just buying into another government paradigim. smoking large amounts of pot every day turns you into a zombie just like any other anti deppresant.

i got stopped by a cop who thought i was a transient, and i was drunk as shit and under age, he asked for my id and then asked if id been drinking, , so i told him i was drunk cause i just got out of my best friends funeral. he told me he didnt care and we just talked about stuff for like 15 minutes, he was a really cool dude and then he let me go and peaced out. most cops ive actually talked to were pretty cool people. its not the cops that are the problem its the rediculous laws that our government is forcing them to uphold, cops are good for society.

I haven't had any problems with the police. The one time I had a run-in with them outside of a friendly meeting was when I wigged out on gasoline, got all psychotic and suicidal and ran away from home. Needless to say, they found me. Now, I could evade for weeks. Back then, I was crazed, so I had no judgement, no ability to evade.

I haven't had any serious problems with pills other than Zoloft and Seroquel.
Zoloft + bipolar = bad, and I'm ultra-sensitive to Seroquel... Like not doing opiates for six months and then popping two tablets of ox (did it a week ago. WOW!)

Official Organisations with Initials researched it! It must be true!

You know, the authorities could "prove" anything they wanted to. What's that saying about lies, damn lies and statistics? No science is infitinely hard.

The concentration on the chemical imbalance itself is myopic anyway. Who decides whats balanced, and more importantly, what causes the imbalance? Why is it assumed by the scientistics that the chemical is the cause?

the psychiatric field and psychiatrists are all corrupt, only wishing to drug you and brainwash you into submission, they only want to lock you away... do not trust them.
