When I was a little kid my parent's "cure" for an upset stomach was 7-up...always 7-up.

 

I would have expected Canadian dry

 

We call that Lemonade and my grandparents were exactly the same but it had to be "flat" and I remember I was walking with my mom and grandma and grandpa around the block and they were telling me and my mom that we needed to get me some flat lemonade and i asked my grandpa, what is flat lemonade? and he said we buy a bottle of lemonade and then we hit it with a hammer!
Well he fooled me. My grandpa always did tings like that, he was pretty charismatic. I think he enjoyed immensely watching us kids laugh. He'd always do like the missing thumb tricks and these dorky magic tricks and then tell us stories that weren't true.

 

Another fun one of grandpas stories was we weren't allowed outside once because there was a snake and I said well lets just go out there and kill it! What 8 year olds think of derr. and he said we can't do that because then the other snakes will look into its eyes and the last thing the snake saw was me and I would stay in the snakes eyes and the other snakes would come to get me. So i said well what if we whack it with a shovel on the head** and then its eyes would be broke. and he said no thats even worse because then all shattered pieces of eye would hold my reflection and then more snakes would know who to come for. and then my dad ran with that one for years after too and I fully believed it.

**meanwhile, this was already after I caught a trout and he slammed a rock into its head to kill it and its eyes literally burst out of its head I mean they popped out like marbles...

So the setup we are going with is my slowest setup but it is more comfortable to drive so maybe that'll help me keep it out of the wall. So gotta test test test now.

 

I've gone from only being able to run 1 lap, to 8 laps, to 14 laps and now just did 24 laps before binning it.

Progression. That's almost 50mins worth.
