The Stoners Echo Chamber

So I'm always signed into everything on my computers and stuff, and that means I forget passwords. I just tried to sign into Amazon on my friends' computer.. Password wrong 3 or 4 times.. Used the Back button to try to go back to the product page and suddenly found myself on the page where I can choose which card to use for payment, etc. Clicked Buy.. And it worked. What kind of useless security is that! I fully expected Buy to take me back to the Enter Password page. So much so that I didn't enter my address here so the map of NZ is now being delivered to UK. Oh well I'll have it next year. But seriously. How did that even happen.

 

Yeah I couldn't tell you two account details I really need sometimes. Now I generally have my password the same but my missus really against it so it's her fault I say. Another mythological place and time to try and remember with a number sequence.

 

The one that gets me is having a double security second password in order to pay a utility bill... I mean, seriously, if someone wants to hack my account in order to pay my bill for me? Yeah, I'm not seeing the problem here.

 

So... Yeah. It's snowing

 

I'm getting tired of all the captcha points during log ins too. Click the bloody fire hydrants click the bloody school bus. Grr.

It's 64°F here, unreal. We've already had the 2nd warmest January on record. I'm glad we haven't had the snow but I wouldn't mind some normal temperatures.

 

warm here again 39F.. In mean thats not freezing cold.

 

Snow is supposed to turn into rain overnight... Creating ice. Then it's supposed to dump snow on top of that.

Knee is starting to do this weird clicking thing... Unlike the clicking thing it was doing before. That one is still happening too... So it's a double click now.

 

Water heater has a pin hole leak in this thing:



Thing is it is at the bottom of the tank and I don't want to drain the water heater to swap the connector out. Anyone have any redneck engineering advice? Will tape do the trick?

 

I'm pretty sure you are gonna have to drain that tank.... Tape ain't gonna work.

flex seal spray or paint over with some thread lock might dry up. pin holes dont have much pressure behind them.
