I'm so tired of backpacks coming apart at the seams and just being shitty quality overall. I bought a $30 canvas bag at the army surplus and it has held up really well for the past year.
Yep : ) I'd rather a little more weight for durability Yes I love Osprey. Never had a large one.. Had a 30litre and more recently 20 for every day go to work bag needs. IF I were going to get a large pack of that type I'd definitely stick to Osprey now. But I'm kind of sold on the idea of canvas. I prefer the way they look, too. And single top loading.. Rather than all these fancy zips in fancy places to make things "easier". Kind of easier in some ways, more complicated in others.
The strap on the last backpack I bought broke after like 3 or 4 uses. The old school canvas backpacks with the outer frames are the way to go, those hold up forever
very good mally .. I should try to get a better picture. I looked it up and it lead me back to hipforums.
Yeah that looks good Rolling. The one I'm going to get from Cactus is 55ltr, Manasseh.. But yeah 65 or 70 is best. But the Cactus larger one is toooo expensive. Maybe in the future. I'm quite good at carrying very little. The one that malfunctioned was 85 and I don't need that big at all.
hate when I cant find the picture thread when 100 other picture threads hide it.. this is to damn funny tho. .
That logo on the Granite bag.. That looks almost exactly like the logo of a brand "Mammut". Is it same company I wonder...
