There's a soup store near me called Soup Dogg

 

Lowest gas prices I've seen yet. According to usinflationcalculator.com this would be equal to $0.56 per gallon in 1984, the year I started driving. If I remember right, it was $0.89 per gallon back then, which would equal $2.22 per gallon today.

 

For anyone who's interested here are two videos about running form. The second one about glutes is especially interesting to me because I think this goes for walking too. What I always used to do, and what I think many do, is like, move your feet primarily and let the rest of the body follow. Now I move my upper legs and the feet follow. Activate muscles for better everything.

 

And speaking of Eloise, and since it was her birthday yesterday..
I've had this saved on my phone for a while, as part of my "things I like to look at from time to time, and contemplate how they make me feel" collection.. It reminded me of her, for some reason. But since she no longer around and I couldn't find a non blurry version, I never posted it here. If anyone can find a non blurry version I'll gift you some Blu tack.
