I just loved her portrayal of vampires they were all about intimacy and emotional connections Etc. It was quite beautiful to read even if they were boring and never did any cool vampire stuff. I dunno why they all had to be homosexual though.
She also fucked up because in some books the male vampires were unable to use their sexual organs but in other books they were all bum fucking.
Does he like space stuff, science fiction? If so get him Where Do We Go From Here?, a collection of 17 short stories edited by Isaac Asimov. I read it when I was a little older than your son is now but it is well within his grasp it sounds like, not a complicated book at all but really sparked some serious, wonderful thoughts in me. Where Do We Go from Here? by Isaac Asimov [SIDE NOTE: I first read this when my cousin Bob, the guy I wrote about in one of my blogs, loaned it to me. A few years after he died his mother, remembering the weird, wild conversations we'd had centering around a couple of the stories within, offered it to me and I gratefully accepted. So I now own, what is to me, the 'original' book. ]
Floors really aren't that hard anyway, they're usually made up with a carpet finish. That's the floor. You don't walk into a bathroom and look at the floor, you look at tiles. You don't walk into hardwood home and call it the floor, you call it hardwood.
I was in love with the Mayfair Witch series! In fact, I expect I will reread it one day. I didn't love the Vampire Chronicles so much. I didn't even read all of that series, and that is quite unusual for me. Usually even if I am not in love with an author's writing, I will read all of a series...yeah, I don't understand my own rules sometimes. I also read some of her other stuff...and it was so dang juvenile, I am sure your son would be bored with lots of her work (aside from the Mayfair witches) if you wipe out all of the sex stuff. lol Another young adult book that is very informative, sad and all that good stuff that pulls at one's heart strings is I Heard the Owl Call My Name by Margaret Craven. Where the Red Fern Grows has been one of my very favorites since teenage years.
We got my wood splitter. Eh, I'll play with it later lol. The main thing is I have it in the back of the truck right now. I also bought a garden spade and some 2 stroke petrol oil and cable ties.
and a 5th would make two pills. That's one night of mdma right there. it would just be better if you came here and we could all get on it together.
