At a blog; I posted the link in another thread. I believe it was the one about Psychedelic Disaster Whirl.
The Velvet Underground is one of the best bands ever. I don't care what anyone says. They are in the top five easily.
I LOVE THE VELVET UNDERGROUND!!!! they are awsome I don't particulary like Nicos voice but i love the song femme fatale she isn't too bad in that. Does anyone know of any modern bands like them?
They were a unique one-off. Also a product of that whole 60's warhole NY underground scene. You'll look a long way today to find anyone resembling the velevts.
Also flower dear, Nico's voice is about the sexiest of any female singer ever - IMO. eSp on 'all tomorrow's parties'.
