    Anyone seen the Isle of Wight 1970 DVD? Some of their best live shit. They're straight gods.

    i reckon john entwhistle may have been one of the most underrated rock figures ever, even for a bassist. just listening to the drum/bass work on "The real me". Him and keith had an amazing partnership, like they really spark off each other, genuinely letting their personalities work together and bleed into the performance, the raw, mad energy of keith being just about held together by john's skill and jazz experience, mans got some seriously mad bass skills,its just a shame that roger kept telling him to turn it down on stage. legendary.

    anyhoo, the who rock, im listening to who's next on vinyl and im bloody loving it!!!

    The Who are great.The Who Sell Out is a superb album.Pictures of Lily is ,to me,their finest single.
