The winter thread

I have. I don't recommend doing it for more than 30 seconds. In fact, I don't recommend it at all. Gets very painful quickly. Real danger of frost bites at that level. Just don't do it.

 

I wouldn't.

 

At -30°C, even with gloves on, my hands feel like they are burning on fire. Gloves dont protect hands.

 

The high was 20.1°C yesterday, which has been the coldest high since the 2nd November. That sucks.

20+ highs dont come to an end.

 

Temperature is between 12 and 13 degrees at 3:15 am. It is raining.

 

Still having temperatures like this at this time of year

 

It's snowed 3 times already but it didn't stick, finally some accumulating snow

We have a lot of frost. It's so cold during the day that even with the sun out the grass and rooftops are still frost laden.

 

We've been getting some much needed rain tho I guess uts not technically winter yet

 

In this November, the lowest temperature recorded in Eastern Turkey was -20.5°C but where I live couldnt drop below +7.7°C.

It sucks living in a sea coast city of western turkey. I live in warm parts of the country

But in January, I am going to Northeastern Turkey again for the cold weather.

 

Hmm today looks interesting. It's just not going to change temperature at all. We are just stuck at -2 lol.

-7C here at the moment. Nice crispy morning, you can feel the frost bite, you can feel your bare skin shrink. You can hear the frost crunch.
