I have. I don't recommend doing it for more than 30 seconds. In fact, I don't recommend it at all. Gets very painful quickly. Real danger of frost bites at that level. Just don't do it.
At -30°C, even with gloves on, my hands feel like they are burning on fire. Gloves dont protect hands.

We have a lot of frost. It's so cold during the day that even with the sun out the grass and rooftops are still frost laden.
In this November, the lowest temperature recorded in Eastern Turkey was -20.5°C but where I live couldnt drop below +7.7°C. It sucks living in a sea coast city of western turkey. I live in warm parts of the country But in January, I am going to Northeastern Turkey again for the cold weather.
