2012 is marking the seventh cycle of woman, Eve evolved some 70,000 years ago and Adam 40,000.....read things, some stuck, not a lot of precise fact. Eve has a lot more suggestive power and lacks creativity, Adam has less and is forced to be narrow. Hopefully it's a chance to get away from my mothers evil spirit, I never found dragons to be a threat...but fantasy surely is.
I'd have to both disagree and agree. American's may be thought of as "lazy", but I still think that American's, even if it's only in a few of us, still have that sense of rebellion. It's kind of in our nature, and I think if American's really wanted a revolution, there would be one. I do agree that a revolution happening in America right now is slim. Revolutions almost always occur when the economy is good (it takes money in the bank account to raise that much "free will" in so many people) - revolutions take money. Right now, our economy is nowhere near good and people are scared and worried - not in the spirits to really revolutionize. And yes, if we did happen to overcome the system, it would ultimately return to the same system, just system 1.1 - not even a full upgrade.
Obama will be assassinated, there will be an outrage, and every American will band together. No real progress, just a big event that makes people feel the need to be more aware.
Kind of like after the Oklahoma City bombing, Columbine, Jonbenet Ramsey, 9-11, Hurricane Katrina, the Tsunamis, Virginia Tech, etc. It's a never ending cycle of tragedy, publicized healing media event, recuperation and repeat.
The people I hang out with on line are getting pretty upset over the economy and the health care bill and they are talking a lot about revolution. People who want the government to leave them alone (conservatives) are getting pretty upset about loosing their liberty and are very unhappy about the health care bill. We are mostly a bunch of old hippies who still don't like war and think the government ought to stay out of our business. Trying to do our patriotic duty and fight peacefully the beast and vote in candidates who want to follow the Constitution. Oh BTW people who want to see pot legal are standing on a conservative principal...
