    Exactly

Health is way more important. I am genetically predisposed to be thin and not curvy and I find it incredibly insulting when slogans like "real women have curves" start being all over the place. So if I don't have big boobs I am not a real woman? Some women are healthy and beautiful with curves, and some women are healthy and beautiful without curves. Everyone just needs to get over it.

I think you make an excellent point MAMA. And this is my problem with the whole discussion. We shouldn't feel the need to put others down to make ourselves feel better. Different people like different things, and that is okay.

Yea... I've heard that saying (or something like it) and it's good. Very, very true. I always try to keep that in mind when someone upsets me.
And I really need to start multi-quoting in this thread...

    Hey Christine. :)

I just wanna make a comment on that^^^^... I totally, totally agree n feel ya on that one. And I was gonna leave it at that but then I thought I wanted to elaborate a little. I do think part of the reason you see slogans like that "all over the place" is because larger women have historically been treated poorly, in the sense of being called fat, or men (boys really, like in school and such...) oogling them in a disrespectful way if they have large breasts... so, yea, a lot of larger women may have self esteem issues or think that all men just want skinny women so it is about making them realize that they can be beautiful too even if they are not super thin.

But, yes, it can be taken to the other extreme and I do think people in general just need to get over size and one size is better than others (other than being unhealthy, whether it is being very obese/health issues or too thin/health issues.

(well, i did a real fabulous job using the multi-quote function for this thread).

I do like thick girls but if I met a skinny girl I wouldn't discriminate. I am in a relationship with a bigger girl and that seems to be the trend in my life. I have never dated a girl JUST based on the way she looked. I like bigger girls because in my experience, they are more down to earth people and aren't so obsessed with appearance. I like a little extra to hold on to :)
I also like to eat and I don't want to be judged. I've had a few shots because it's my birthday so I hope this post is coherent.
