commercials that make me sad. animals dying, people with lung cancer and a hole in their throat, her text said "be right there" was that text worth killing my daughter???

I watch tv for pleasure. not to get upset.

I dare to admit I sometimes enjoy people getting shocked watching those commercials. I'm sure people know animals are dying etc. etc. but still regard those tv ads that ask attention for it as a reality check. For myself too at times, and yes when I'm entirely not in the mood I also zapp naturally :p

Television is laaame. I got fed up with the commercials a long time ago, and I haven't sat down and actually watched T.V. for quite some time now.

I haven't watched broadcast tv since they switched to all digital signal.
I just download the shows I'm interested in, no commercials, no BS, just the crap I want.
Plus pulling stuff off the internet gives you access to stuff from all over the globe.

    anti-piracy stuff annoys me :p

or people who store the remote control ON the tv!
Whats the point of that? if I have to actually get up and retrieve the remote from the tv, I may as well turn it on while I'm there.
