Legal age of consent in the UK is sixteen. In France it's fifteen. In Germany it is fourteen. In outer space...There is no sex in outer space. Seriously, I think the legal age for making pornography is right at eighteen. I mean that really is young enough. But this obsession with stopping adolescents and teens from having any kind of sexuality borders on the criminalization of their bodies themselves. It's far better when it's not such a big deal for an adult to have, for whatever reason, a sexual desire for teens, younger teens, and in some cases adolescents. It is the hysteria, paranoia and lack of understanding that makes the problem much worse. For everyone concerned. As long as these feelings are not acted upon and there is no use of child pornography, these people should not be persecuted. I am not justifying, excusing or promoting paedophilia. It is simply a facet of human nature and it needs to be come to terms with. I don't care who I alienate by what I have said here or if I lose friends. Because I care.

really? i love those people, as long as i can see them waving. saves me a little time, and it removes the ambiguity if you both got there at about the same time.

 

i don't think i've seen them put in wrong, but they do seem to get twisted pretty easily so that they become ambiguous. some related issues: streets that don't get signs, so there's no way to know what road you're on. people that put street signs on driveways so you turn into their yard when you know that you're supposed to take the next turn. stop signs that are ambiguously aimed halfway between two different roads.

Whenever people notice I'm vaping and they have opinions about how they quit smoking cold turkey and the way they do anything is the best way to do it. It's obnoxious.

Like okay, you quit smoking because you're so desperate for a boyfriend that when he told you he didn't like smokers you just stopped doing it for his approval. You didn't quit for you and when you break up you're going right to the corner store to get a pack, don't even lie lol
