Look behind your closed eyes at the blackness in front of you, that which is seeing the blackness is not your normal eyes, but your third eye. Keep concentration on the blackness until it begins to change and morph in to colors, watch the colors and pictures passively as consciousness begins to move inward.
You use your third eye when you are driving. You are "aware" of where you are and what you are doing, so your third eye is just pure awareness.
what about when you're walking, are you not aware of where you are and what you are doing? or sitting? or reading a book?
When you are driving you HAVE to be super aware, or else you can get fucked up. Thats when I feel I use my third eye the most because of that.
Really? That's dangerous dude. When you're driving you should be using your two normal front eyes. That is exactly the time when your third eye closes and you focus entirely on a meditative, mundane task. No need for any expansive mental gaze, just a good solid visual apparatus on your face that can see shapes, colors and movement.
AJNA is always aware but "you" are not always aware of AJNA. When you stimulate AJNA "you" experience the "Third Eye" and thus become aware of your awareness. Now to not be in AJNA does not mean AJNA is not aware, AJNA is always aware. The question is are "you" aware of it's awareness? Like I said, The Third Eye is a chakra, AJNA. Information regarding this area of the frontal lobe has been documented for over 3,000 years. People already know much, much more than this Forum. If you want to know about the Third Eye then just research: The Third Eye Ajna Pineal Gland (also pineal gland & LSD) meditation Frontal Lobe nerve bundle (neurology) AUM Raja Yoga Kundalini Study this stuff and you will begin to understand that the Third Eye is really just part of a system of energy vortexes(chakras) in the body. It is pure energy and the way to GOD realization.
Well thats the kind of thing I think of when I think of 3rd eye. You want me to give up on the idea altogether? Yes, I have done alot of driving and abused it. I would think of driving as a "game" to try to be the fastest motha fucka ever. I always would worry for my life of course, especially when I would go as fast as I could possibly handle. I did that like every day for the first half of last year, I was just addicted to speed. When I did it on L, it was a whole new game too. I got most of it out of my system by now, so I don't feel I need to do much more of that crazy life risking. There were just so many times I remember that i'm just like how the fuck did I go so fast and i'm still here? The danger aspect is also what made it so fun, when i pulled some crazy shit I would would feel the danger inside of me, and feel like a master. Yeah it was fun, but I just feel like since i feel so lucky to be alive now, I don't want to risk everything as much anymore. Sure I still race sometimes, but not every day like i was doing lol.
Hahaha you can have your idea man, enjoy it. But it's just an idea, you'll know that when the next one comes around, and the next too
Today I observed that I had an itch on the back of my left hand. This observation clearly indicates that the energy power circle vortex in my left hand is undergoing some sort of blockade or maladjustment, possibly to compensate for my over-reliance upon my the energetic center in my right hand. (I am right handed) Since reality is clearly holistic, and the higher meta-reality of energy transcends and encompasses the reality of the physical, the itch is most obviously indicative of a problem or improper delegation of attention on the energetic level. Therefor, rather than scratching and simply prolonging the problem, the solution was to meditate for three hours upon my astral self and rebalance the prana flowing through my body towards all major centers equally. BTW - I know I'm right because I did acid and this happened then.
