    Great to see you too!!
I've been missing your insights and trip reports. But hey, now I got shitload to read to make up for a year of apsence lol!!!

Regarding your visualisations - it is graet way to start meditation. I like the way you put yourself in those visualisations, transforming one person into one everything, like it shoud. Now, I am also tight with time to sit for couple hours, but what helps to go deeper with meditation in a less time is following:
When you start visualizing yourself like you described, certain feelings are following how far you got with visualisation. I think you will be capable of recognizing those feelings (after those trips that you reported to us) and make sure you fully remember them. Remember also the last visual that followed those feelings.
Next time when you want to meditate, instead of starting with usual visuals, try concetrating on last remembered one and on the feelings that followed. That way you skip the whole sequence from last time and imidiately get where you finished last time. That allows you to just continue deeper than last time for less time spent.
I hope I described it clear enough, but if you want to discuss it further feel free.
    Peace and Love!!

good points. I remember feeling the sunlight absorbed into my being, and certain side stuff like my finger becoming a ripening pear. It happened while contemplating the identical suchness of myself and the tree simile. My body was comprised of the same things that the tree grew and gave me. idk hard to explain, just another one-ness phenom.

I haven't written a report since last April I think. don't really know why, just comes and goes. After that I just took half a blotter at a Dead show which was a beautiful time but didn't provide enough subject matter for writing. Also a half blotter about a month ago alone in my apt, which was a strange experience but really cleared my head, at least for a while. I felt like Sai Baba that night, how he sat and meditated under a Neem tree and sometimes be ridiculed by the local kids throwing rocks at him and such, all the while just being content and open. For me it was my own kids and I accepted all their [otherwise] obnoxious vibes as pure and good. My inner smile was very wide that night.

Anyway, I'll probly trip again fairly soon. I'm pretty good at freakin myself out at the prospect of dropping even though I've never had a bad experience .
