tabs are tabs, not? powder is powder and liquid is liquid. i'm imagining "tab" as medicanal tablets of some kind. those little round things made with alum? like aspren? unless you mean capsuls. which might be filled with liquid or powder, but intended to be swallowed whole, so you don't have to taste the stuff inside. i'm guessing language barrier here. no idea how a tablet can be either powder or liquid.
the word tablet has other meanings of course. like a sketchbook being a drawing tablet. also like a wacom or other digitizer tablet. still no heads nor tails how powder or liquid would apply.
