I’m done with physical therapy. She has program. You can come there and workout. 2 dollars a visit, so I could go twice a week. If I wanted. She has a nice treadmill. I really liked it. I will talk it over with my mom. See what she thinks. I need get out and walk more. Lose some of this weight. My mom could drop me off their and I walk home or something. It’s a small place. Not too big. I feel more comfortable their cause I know the people and the machines. What do you guys think?

I get anxiety about the walk home. A couple years ago I got it by a car. So I get worried about having to cross the streets when it’s busy. I know it will do me good to get some fresh air and go somewhere other than my house. Or with family all the time. I'm high, I think. I wanted too say something ells. but have no clue what is was

1. It seems I have found a way to forestall the formerly impending financial disaster. Torture and execution are no longer my outlook for the new year.

2. Tonight I'm attending a meeting for parents interested in having their kids participate in the Arts Academy program within the local high school. My 14-year-old daughter's art teacher recommended it for her. That same teacher sent samples of my daughter's art to a children's book publisher for consideration. She's a very bright girl who loves art but hates school.

I drink very rarely these past couple of years.

 

I am going to make a hot toddy with honey, lemon, cloves and some whiskey and the kettle is on.

By morning this cold best be moving on...

 

i drink about 2 bottles a year ..."ladies drinks" as rollingalong calls them ...liqueurs and schnapps

random fact...i just spent over 100 bucks on ebay...i really need to stop going there ..but at least its stuff ill use...new thick winter cargo pocket sweatpants (charcoal colour) and an HD dashcam for catching some crazy driving
