Well not really for life, but so long as I'm in Indiana. Been getting them free since November and will continue to get them for free until Feb '07 when I'll once again be attempting to make the move to Seattle.

Not around here. Now if you've been on it multiple times they'll start denying you because it obviously isn't working, but they'll usually give you two or three shots at it. Three reasons: One, jail is free, this costs money. Two, house arrest time is always a lot longer than jail time. Three, jail time counts 2:1; house arrest counts 1:1

 

then my answer is still the same, you wont get on house arrest again.
