    Start taking neem pills. Wash with neem soap and use raw shea butter on your face and hands. You will get results from that.

    erm, reading that two things spring to mind... hypothyroidism and excess keratin o_O

    Eat lots of healthy foods, I'll give you a handy hint. maybe you could try the paleo diet.

    Coconut oil is just amazing. I use it to cook with, moisturise body and hair, and I eat a tablespoon everyday, its really quite yummy or put it in tea / coffee. My skin and hair are great. I love it!

    Drink plenty of water daily. water will help you to get rid from dry skin problem.
